Last week we got a Labrador puppy from the shop on 29th of May, 2021.Because it's a nearby shop we didn't check the reviews ,which is the greatest mistake from our part. From the very next day the puppy had severe diarrhoea. When we called the shop they told it's only a problem of weaning and asked us to only give ORS and neglect any other sort of diet or medicines. When the puppy started vomiting along with diarrhoea we took him to a nearby Veterinarian and after examination we were told he'd contracted PARVO VIRUS. We went back to the shop with the doctor's result for parvovirus to inform them about this. They ended up yelling back at us saying it's our fault. They expressed a very bad behaviour towards us. The way they handle the customers is very unprofessional and rude. We had a very bad experience. We would suggest you to NOT get cheated by these people and go elsewhere if you want a healthy pet.

If their was an option for zero stars or below then I would rather choose it. I felt that they are forcing customers to buying things that are actually not necessary and they are purposefully giving false information. Every person buying pets from this shop are being cheated. Newbies or people with no knowledge of pets are being cheated and most of the pets sold their won't make alive due to diseases. I would suggest people to go to better shops.

Had a very very bad experience from this shop,bought a lab puppy last week.It was infected with parvo virus,the dog became sick within a day with episode s of vomiting & severe watery diarrhea. DONT EVER BUY ANY PETS FROM THIS PLACE SELLING PETS WITH PARVO INFECTION. They are not at all customer friendly & forcefully making us to buy petfood available there If any wana buy a pet go somewhere else,NEVER EVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE.

I went there three time. Every time the sales man says the owner is not in the shop. Only he knows the price of the pets there. Wondering at least he could bote down the price of those. I have seen many customers going back without buying anything. Either need to appoint someone who are welcoming to the customers or the owner should be there. Wasted my time.

Me and my neighbor bought two labrador from there. But one labrador was died after 3 days and my lab was died after 5 days. Due to a virus infected before we bought from there.. after a small investigation in our village we find that 5 puppys were died. Which they bought from there. But after informing these to shopkeepers.. they shows bad behavior to us. So don't buy any pets from there. Because they sale virus infected pets and there bad behavior to the customer. And very high price.They selling PARVO affected Puppies

The people over there are forcing to buy a product as if it is suitable for our pets but never believe in what they are saying...i bought a puppy cerelac from there with their guarantee but my puppy doesn't even want to taste it..worst pet shop in town. Guys pls never go there if you love your pets.

I bought a cockatiel from here . When he catched it he squeezeed its rib cage and when we came back and release it int our cage the ribe cage was protruded , and the bird died next morning. Dont buy any pets from this shop

Best pet shop in Kozhencherry. Bought my German shepherd from here. Very healthy and beautiful. Although rate changes throughout the day sometimes. Staff was friendly but told me that I have to give my dog (Athena) injections every month.
