Serene river side view points. Good for a small family outing in the evening. The road to the view point is very narrow.. so getting a car there and finding parking space would be little tricky. There are small eateries and a boating facility there. Better to go on a two wheeler. I personally went on my bicycle.

A beautiful place to hangout. The mesmerising view of the river and the soothing wind will relax your body and mind. It would be better if you visit the place at evening. This place is a very famous tourist attraction of Chelannur and the beautification works have been done recently. A must visit place of the locality. You can arrive here easily. A nice place.

Perfect place to spend a chill evening.Beaitiful view . Best time to visit is around 5 o clock in the evng. Nothing much to do than enjoy the view. Boat service is available nearby where we can go in a houseboat or a peddle boat,not sure when this is open though.

Took a 1 hour boat ride with the kids. Very scenic view around the backwaters. The boat seats 15 people, is well maintained, follows all the safety regulations( fire extinguisher, life jackets). Extremely friendly and engaging staff. Bookings are a flat rate and smaller groups can book the ride as well- We were a group of 4. For those who are interested, the boat comes with a full surround sound system and food can be pre-ordered for the trip.

Very nice place..now it's going to be a tourist destination..best place to spend the evening..one of the best view of sunset..can get some food items there..there are 'thattukada's which are run by kudumbasree women's..have a great parking space..now there is a discussion that house boat service will be starting soon...don't know whether it is right or not...but anyway eagerly waiting for that..In short it's a best view point..and a good place to spend our evenings or holidays..very calming and cool atmosphere.. very nice place..just loved it
