Thekkady Rose Park - Park in Kumily - Idukki, India

There are many activities available inside this park. My personal favourite is virtual shooting. Great place to visit with kids. The park is clean. Entry ticket is 120rs/ per head. Activities packages are 600rs and will be worth around 1700rs including a one person entry ticket. Must visit places in Thekkady.

I recently visited Rose Park, and it was an awesome experience! There are lots of rides for kids, and the atmosphere is so calm and pleasant. Perfect for a family day out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place Activities for youngsters kids and elders. Boating, aerial cycling. Zip line etc. Very well maintained different types of flowers and cactus. Awesome spots for photoes. Lovely place

A must visit place at Kumily & Thekkady. Kids will love this place. Lot of activities awaiting kids as well as grown up. The place is neatly maintained and the staff here are every supportive. Restaurant inside also provides with good food menu.

There are many photo spots out here and a spice garden which the below video describes it and there is a canteen which you could check out and if you are about to visit thekkady make sure that you are visiting rose park in the morning and pre book the boating tickets at the periyar national park so you don't have to be tensed about ticket availability because the availability of tickets is always a so enjoy the rose park .hope this helps

Good Place for kids and adults. Didn't find a lot of roses but there were a couple of ponds full of Lotuses and a lot of other flowers and plants , including a greenhouse for cacti . There are a few other activities like bungee trampoline, rifle shooting , archery , 20D Theatre etc at extra cost. The playground for kids is also quite decent with multiple activities. Worth visiting in Thekkady.

Must visit park if you have kids, they will enjoy for sure, calm and enjoyable place for the adults too.. Its very affordable if you opt ticket as package.. 720 rs for ticket and der is some other options for entry tickets

Nice place for a day-out. We went in as a group. The place is well laid out with enjoyable activities for all ages. Plenty of shaded space to sit and relax. The restaurant was crowd, given that it was a holiday. Anyway, the staff quickly arranged a table for our group, promptly took the orders and quickly served us with hot food. The food was tasty and wholesome. The staff were friendly and served us with a smile although they were harried by the large number of visitors. They servers were moving fast to fulfill orders and responded to our beckons at speed. Nice ambience at the restaurant, breezy place with a good view of the surrounding greenery. The wash area was clean, and well maintained. The entire plot is well laid out without took many clusters of trees. Yet there was sufficient shaded areas to accommodate the large numbers of visitors.
