Rudely Behavior with the customer. Rates are very hight compare to other chocolate room. Even the servuce is not good. The person who was serving the service was so egoist of being manager. Even the have not provided the chocolate room companys bag to us the photo is uploaded her. They have given the green bag. I will no more the customer of the chocolate room because of the worst behaviour. Others should not shop from this branch.
We visited the it on 2nd May 2023 with the coupon of Pocket deal and the store manager was talking very very rudely to us to get the whole coupon booklet as we displayed the picture of the booklet owner to check validity but still not accepting as earlier at the same location we followed the same process and they accepted it. Now the manager is changed and he is very rude in behavior. Even he was telling us do whatever you want I am the owner and my rules. Really bad behavior.
