Extremely welcoming and hospitable staff made our stay a memorable one. Rooms, though a bit small, are sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. Their breakfast spread is huge with all types of option and their live counters are good too. Beautiful pool and the bar deck are nice features. Not much for kids and I wish they created an indoor games option, at least. Overall, 5 stars for the staff!

In and around the Whitefield area, this is a good place to stay. It's an executive hotel, so you can expect the same standards across almost all items, but the elevators. The elevators are small and limited. So it takes time for you to go around the hotel. Other than that, everything was as expected and great. The breakfast buffet was wide spread too.

I was recently here for a week.. and had checked into a wheelchair accessible room.. initially, I had a lot of apprehensions about the nature of accessibility..and whether I would be comfortable there.. But I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome service, accessible facilities and the amazing hospitality!! It's a perfect venue for a business stay or a weekend getaway with your loved ones! Absolutely recommend it! Oh and I totally forgot.. their food is !

The Zuri Whitefield Bangalore is an amazing place to stay, provided you intend to stay within the premises. The waiting lobbies, the restaurant, the swimming pool, the gym are really well maintained, luxurious and welcoming. The staff are quite courteous and forthcoming in their attempt to provide good service. The room decor can be better. It was a little gloomy with dim lights and dark brown curtains and a few wallpapers. The furniture and fittings are very good. The bathtub is the highlight of the room. :-D The TV set can have a larger screen size to fit well with the rest of the ambience. We had taken the lowest cost room and perhaps the higher (larger) rooms have better decor. The restaurant breakfast spread was elaborate and more importantly tasty. Each item had some customization and yet tasted superb. One caveat, for booking any hotel near Whitefield area, is the traffic issues. You will find it difficult at times to get an Uber or Rick due to traffic. Do factor in 50-100% extra time due to traffic, if you are heading out. Otherwise the stay is comfortable and worth every penny.

I recently stayed at Zuri Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The interior design, predominantly using dark shades of black and grey, gave off a rather negative vibe. The room interior felt outdated, reminiscent in the 1950s. The breakfast, a crucial aspect of any stay, was a letdown. It fell far short of the standard I'd expect from a 5-star establishment. It's evident that the hotel is short-staffed, and the limited staff on hand struggled with English communication. This added to the overall sense that the hotel was not welcoming. In conclusion, my visit to Zuri Hotel was less than satisfactory. The gloomy interior, subpar breakfast, and communication issues with the staff left me with a rather disappointing impression.

The hotel has one of the best rooms, great services and amazing food. The rooms were awesome and I would say better than many other 5-7 star hotels. We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. I gave 5 stars for location because I chose the location, people giving less rating must know that they chose the location before the booking so why do they give less stars for the location.

This is my second stay with Zuri. It was as pleasant as my first. They are helpful, polite, and sincere, qualities that are hard to find these days. Room service is quite good. Their breakfast buffet is a relief to the palette. It's not too spicy or too oily. Everything is the way it should be. The bakery stuff is yum. I saw their dinner spread, there was enough variety for vegetarians. The location is of course a big plus. In Whitefield this is the place of my preference now.

The ambience is quite pleasant and the service was excellent. The best thing is the food, tasty and hygienic food was served here. A nice banquet hall is there for a corporate or family event. We all had a quality time. Sufficient car and bike parking is there.
