The Zone 360 Fitness Bandra - Gym in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

It's cheap but not really an enjoyable experience. Just getting in there you have to pass through a gross area. They say it's 24 hours but if you come in early in the morning all the lights are off and no one puts them on unless you go and find someone to ask. Even when the gym is empty the bathrooms, which are tiny, are full of disgusting shoes, the smell of which permeates and is enough to make you never want to go back. People obviously leave their shoes there rather than carrying them to and fro. The gym floor is decent so that's why it gets one star, but also tiny so if you do go at most times in the day, prepare to wait to use anything. Gym members, and their staff have not been taught gym decorum and even if you have just picked up a weight or started at a machine, they will come and ask you if they can have it. They need to put a 15-20 min guideline on equipment and their trainers need better gym etiquette training. I disliked it so much I transferred my membership to someone else, who also dislikes just the same. Second worst customer experience of a gym I have had in Mumbai.

The managent at the zone 360 bandra gym is horrible. The manger dosent have sense of talking may be he assume himself as the owner of the gym when you visit this place. Cant trust the nittro fitness now, horrible

Probably the worst gym experience I've ever had. My previous gym was I Think Fitness, Bandra. 1. Was told during signing up that I am allowed to freeze my membership once a year for free, but they'll charge you for it (the charges will be more than the monthly fee). 2. They will shut down the gym on arbitrary holidays without any communication in advance. Some posters in the gym will be put up 2 days before the holiday, so if you haven't attended the gym, you're in for a surprise! 3. Half the water faucets don't work, 4. The lockers are not enough for people in prime time (this has happened many times) 5. The best part, the management's attitude is standoffish and very unhelpful.

I've only been here late at night but I can confidently say this is one of the best maintained gyms, equipment wise and hygiene wise that I've ever been to. Bathrooms are kept clean, lockers work and the gym floor is expansive and well layed out so you're not going to bump into someone sweaty when you're doing your supersets ;)

Extremely rude staff Ganesh. Called to enquire the traffic refuse to assist on call and it's mandatory to pay Rs1000 for a trial session which is usually free at all gyms. They call themselves the most sort after gym in Bandra. Fail to even live up to their reputation. Extremely poor Customer service. I won't take membership even if it's offered for free just coz the staffs attitude. They are in service industry and don't know C of Customer satisfaction.

As a beginner there is NO help.. The Instructors just look at you as a New Bakra to say. And when can they peel you off. And make sure there is no help after a couple of days and then out of choice you end up taking Personal Trainer (PT)

Very good experience. Nice gym and extremely helpful staff. I highly recommend this gym!
