The Xen Suites - Kolkata Airport - Resort hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Worst hotel. Just before one day check in they cancelled booking without showing any valid reason. At last hour how could anybody arrange alternate hotel.It is sheer unprofessional attitude of hotel management.Never going to select this hotel again

One of the first of its kind service apartment started in kolkata way back in 2007 by Kolkata - Jaipur based "Siddha Group". Its turned into a service hotel in the name of The Xen Suites. The rooms are very big and well-furnished. Do have a restaurant facility and other services, the best part of its rooftop arena overlooking Kolkata International Airport.

It was a beautiful retreat, extremely peaceful and off shore. The facilities were tech savvy and everything about it is marvelous. If u r looking for a cosy and quaint place to settle, this is it.

The hotel is a combination of both a residential complex and a hotel. The rooms are large and can comfortably accommodate 3 people. However, the service and response from staff were poor, as our rooms were not ready on time and guests had to wait for their rooms. Furthermore, requests for additional items such as an extra mattress were not fulfilled by the management. The food offered was also subpar. There is a pool and a gym on the top floor that can be used. Overall, my experience at this hotel was not satisfactory.

Pathetic and most u nsafe place . Escort services are run from this hotel . THE owner and his wife are the biggest fraud . SHADDY ROOMS and no proper room services . Torn and marked bedsheets provided . Wash ROOMS are full of mark and unclean. Wifi does not work . Room service is horrible. Over charged food from the below hotel. And most important you are not safe while u stay there . They take bookings from air bnb and also oyo and other website. Some common pictures uploaded but actually ROOMS are shaddy . Very common is police visiting some room or the other because they let gang and unmarried couples stay there who are upto their mischieve and then they call police . Never recommended at all.Please avoid this hotel.Anyone and everyone checks in there as the hotel.charge high price for instant check in. So there r always walk in customer . Very pathetic and unsafe place .And lastly room service guys are arrogant and rude .

Pathetic place . Never book a suit room here . Waste of money. All suit beds mattress are broken , tv broken , dirty surfaces , dirty bathroom. When asked to fix - answer was - this is how it is ! What a Shame !!!

Very pathetic. Mobile charger thief. Hotel staff stolen my mobile charger. After numerous calls and messages to management they didn't return my mobile charger.
