One BHK apartment with necessary home appliances at a pretty decent price. WiFi, geyser, AC, fridge, TV, etc available. Most importantly, neat and clean rooms which are very spacious. Oh yeah, it has a balcony too. Emilio uncle , who takes care of the place, is very helpful not only regarding the apartment, but also helped us out explore Goa for local transport and good food. Completely satisfied with the stay here and would rate this as a good place. 5 stars for the place and an extra one for Emilio uncle.
Loved it.. stayed for 5days and it is so pleasant.. take some groceries and masalas and you can have cooking option as well.. hot water is available on almost all the taps.. suitable for family people than bachelors..

Very nice and peaceful place. Very close to calangute beach and baga beach. Spacious bedroom and living room and both with air conditioning and the bathroom is just like a 5 star hotel.
Good place for crashing. Recommended for gang of boys. Budget friendly as well.
Perfect furnished apartment which is has living room,open kitchen, bedroom and washroom. Rooms are well cleaned and it's highly recommended.
