Visited Vietnam and Cambodia with Aliya as our WOW buddy. Trip was amazing in terms of itinerary, comfortable local transportation and hotels/resorts. We had sufficient time to explore local food, local markets for shopping. I have met few inspiring women travelers from all walks of lives who are now friends for lifetime. Aliya is super entertaining and did a great job managing a big group. Usually tours feel rushed but WOW trips are well planned and luxurious :)
I had a great trip with Wow in Vietnam and Cambodia. Alia, who was my WOW buddy, really made sure that the trip went smoothly and according to the itinerary. The hotel stay was good and as promised. Got to meet new people and make new friends. It was indeed a wholesome experience.
I had a fantastic trip to Morocco with Wow. A well planned and meticulously laid out trip with fun company. It was a joy to spend time with women whom we met for the first time and returned as friends. Our Wow Buddy - Namra Asad was responsible, caring and full of energy. She took complete care of the group and it was a pleasure to travel with her. Our Guide Jamaal generously shared his knowledge about cities and our Driver Mohammad also took great care of us and our belongings. Immense gratitude for your efforts!
I started my first solo trip with a lot of apprehension but this soon changed to a very positive and memorable experience. This shift in my preconceived perception of solo trip was down to Tanya and other solo travelers on this adventure to Ladakh, Tanya as travel buddy was very approachable, friendly and her calm approach in dealing with a group of independent, strong women was commendable. She had personality and skills to bring the group together so that everyone got something out of it. The other solo travelers were absolutely amazing too. They were friendly, supportive and very inclusive too. Both Tanya and the solo travelers in the group made it possible for me to have a wonderful and a very memorable holiday. It was a great way to make new friends. Thank you. Apart from that I now hooked to solo travelling and hopefully very soon I will be off on my next adventure. Ladakh was an amazing place and the mountain ranges were intimidating but magnificent. As the travel guide said to me "if you treat the mountains well, they in turn will treat you well". This is so true and it felt that the mountains were alive talking to you every day.
I had an incredible experience during my first international solo trip to Sri Lanka with an all-women adventure group. As a first-time solo traveler, this journey was not only adventurous but also empowering. It gave me the confidence to explore the world independently. The trip introduced me to women of various age groups and diverse backgrounds. We formed a strong bond, celebrating the strength and beauty of womanhood together. Our "Wow Buddy" Ms. Heba played a crucial role in ensuring our needs were met throughout the trip. Her experience, friendly demeanor and effective coordination between the guide and other aspects of the journey made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. The travel partner, Ceylon Tours, led by Mr. Marvin and his team, meticulously planned our itinerary. We visited major tourist spots in Sri Lanka, including Colombo, Anuradhapura, Trincomalee, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, and Galle. The accommodations, particularly at Cinnamon Hotels and the Heritance Tea Factory in Nuwara Eliya, were exceptional. Highlights like high tea at the Galle Face Hotel, the Pink night, the Elephant Safari, the dolphin watching, Seetha Eliya, the Tooth Relic Temple, the oldest post office at Nuwara Eliya, and Lake Gregory made the trip unforgettable. Exploring the Buddhist monasteries and stupas added a meaningful cultural touch to the journey. Overall, this adventure was a fantastic blend of exploration, connection, and cultural immersion. I'm grateful for this experience and the wonderful people I met along the way. I appreciate the opportunity to provide constructive feedback on the trip: 1) One aspect that didn't meet our expectations was the whale watching excursion. We were initially promised a cruise experience but ended up on small boats. Unfortunately, we couldn't spot any whales due to it not being the right season for whale watching. 2) While the journey covered many remarkable places in Sri Lanka, the extensive travel led to limited time for exploring cities, streets, and immersing in the local culture. It might be beneficial to plan the itinerary more thoughtfully, allowing us to have a deeper connection with the destinations. 3) Regrettably, the Kandyan cultural show in Kandy left me disappointed. The performances appeared unprofessional, and safety concerns during the fire show. Improving the quality and safety of such cultural experiences would greatly enhance the trip. 4) Although the Ceylon Tour staff was accommodating and supportive, I found the local hospitality in some hotels lacking. Staff at certain accommodations came across as rude, which contrasted with the overall positive experience provided by the tour company. These observations are intended to help improve future trips and ensure that travelers have the best possible experience in Sri Lanka. Back from Greece trip!! It was everything I was looking for. This was my first trip with WOW. The WOW team was helpful throughout the process and prompt in responding to my email regarding VISA details. Greece was always on my bucket list. After all, it is the birthplace of Western civilization. The trip was a sweet mixture of history and modernization. Proud Acropolis, romantic Santorini, and energetic Mykonos, we covered it all. The food was amazing. I loved strolling in Mykanos's blue and white streets with the turquoise Aegean sea in the backdrop. Tour of millennia-old Delos was like time traveling. I wanted to do a solo trip but wasn't sure about many tactical things like transport from one place to another and didn't want to spend my time researching all that. I am so happy that I chose WOW. With its well-crafted itinerary, good hotels, local guides, and above all a WOW buddy made it one of the best trips of my life. It was a great experience to meet many amazing women in the group. Kirti was our WOW buddy. She was accommodating and coordinated the tour with expertise. Her enthusiasm was infectious and she handled every difficult situation with professionalism. This trip was definitely the beginning of my relationship with WOW!
The trip to Greece with wow group was an amazing experience for me . Kirti as a coordinator was very good and we all were taken care by her so nicely. She understood each and everyone's issues. For a person like me who was a first time traveler in a womens group I made new friends and explored so much about the place . I would definitely go again with Kirki and wow group as she got this name from Greece .
My experience with wow was amazing. I traveled to Georgia and it was a complete delight. All the arrangements in terms of visa, hotels, sightseeing were on point. Special thanks to our wow buddy kirti for being so much fun and professional and organising everything so well. Looking forward to many more trips with you guys!
