A Blend of Experiences at Windsor Castle Hotel's Main Hall during Marriage Function: Security Polite, Manager's Behavior Disappointing I would like to share my experience at the Main Hall of Windsor Castle Hotel during a recent marriage function. While the ambience was delightful and the majority of the staff displayed professionalism, I must address a concerning incident involving the manager. The atmosphere within the Main Hall was nothing short of enchanting, contributing to the celebratory mood of the marriage function. Additionally, I found most of the staff members to be accommodating and helpful, truly reflecting the hospitality that Windsor Castle Hotel is known for. However, I regret to report that my interaction with the manager left much to be desired. The manager's behavior was, unfortunately, discordant with the positive ambiance of the event. Instead of upholding the standards of professionalism set by the rest of the staff, the manager's demeanor was rude and unsuitable for the occasion. What's more, the manager's attempt to establish authority by referring to connections with law enforcement and political figures was both inappropriate and unsettling. In the context of a marriage function, the significance of maintaining a harmonious and welcoming environment cannot be overstated. A single instance of unprofessional behavior can have a ripple effect that impacts the overall experience for guests. While the majority of the team contributed to the celebratory atmosphere, I urge Windsor Castle Hotel's management to address this issue with utmost seriousness. Consistency in maintaining respect and professionalism across all staff members, including managerial positions, is vital for ensuring memorable occasions for guests. As someone who appreciates the reputation of Windsor Castle Hotel, I believe that addressing this matter promptly will reflect the establishment's commitment to its guests and their special celebrations.

The great view from the balcony makes much feel and fresh to start a new beginning in a day We had a wonderful stay here. The food was delicious and tasty with a lots of wide variety choices. Staff service was good. Well maintained property. They have an awesome ambience. And Thanku for the most memorable experience with impeccable food & Hospitality. A little warm outside, but a beautiful place to sit and relax behind the hotel. Kudos & thanks to Front Office team. Overall happy experience. I'll recommend this place to everyone who looking for a peaceful day

Very good service, clean and wonderful atmosphere. Personally I really like the pirates bar and restaurant in it . It should be a good experience for all ,just go and chill there

Very nice hotel within the city limits with ample parking. The Nalikettu and Ettukettu have very nice ambiance and good for weddings and parties. Breakfast is average spread and expensive for 315 per head buffet. Service is good, had a TV remote issue that was not solved.

As we arrived at the hotel after a long drive there was no concierge to receive and guide us with the parking. The receptionist was insistent that we need to give ID proofs for all the guests even for children saying it's hotels policy. And there was no bell boy to take us to the rooms. He just gave the keys and said 'Normally' all the guests check in like that!!! Is that normal?? When they can insist on IDs so much why can't they have the same yardstick for hospitality also?!

We booked the Cottages, and they were totally submerged by water on the day we arrived. The bookings were made through Agoda, and the hotel has informed Agoda it seems. On detailed investigation, it was found that Agoda had sent us an email regarding the same. Now we can't blame the hotel guys for that right. They were very friendly and allowed us to use their lounge till we could find another place and book it for our families as there were no rooms as well available there in their property. The cottages seemed to be really nice. I would really try to book them once again if I get a chance.

Good star restaurant. We had buffet lunch. It was classy and excellent. When we visited the out door was flooded by heavy rain. Still we had fun. Good photo genic views. Motorized boating, pedal boating and kotta vanji are great fun.

They have a swimming pool, which is not maintained. Good is ok. Overall management is something which needs to be looked into, other maintenance was also visible. Basically when you say, star hotel, it automatically provides customers some anticipation, so grooming towards the same is important.
