The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Busy work week and so needed a comfortable hotel to recuperate. Excellent view of the lake which was calming after a day of meetings. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service was also great, staff were always friendly and helpful. They would try to anticipate your needs without even asking. Found it safe haven after a busy day. Definitely recommend for busy executives. Bit far to downtown if you wanted an active night life.

This is absolutely outstanding 5-star hotel. the staff was warm and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was beautifully designed with top-notch amenities, and the housekeeping was impeccable. The dining options were exceptional, offering delicious meals prepared with finesse. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Above all, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Secluded, constant construction activities over the year has made approach difficult. Calling a cab or auto, takes time. The reception staff here (unlike many other Westins) has a fixed plan. The 1st & second floors are meant for we earthly skin of colour. And, the staff won't relent. The top floors are meant for those with a lighter skin ? All said, the view, ambience & outdoors are fabulous. Food here, like in most 5 starred hotels is a typical fare, looks good, tastes bland. Would suggest to make the lobby sitting benches a little comfortable.

Stayed here for a business trip. The staff is very courteous and very helpful. They accommodate all requests if made on time and even ensured the stay was comfortable. The buffet spread in their lake view cafe is mouth watering. It's a treat to have your breakfast or lunch with the beautiful view to savour in. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I reduced one star for the room freshners which are installed throughout the hotel. I am allergic to it and had to be in a mask all time outside my hotel. Those very very strong room freshners and not liked by my family as well, who are not allergic to such fragrances. Otherwise it's a beautiful place, spacious rooms, amazing view and amenities.
