It was my first trip to India and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, in particular, were very polite and kind. Describing the amazing breakfasts I had over the course of four days is impossible. Everything was delicious and fresh. The flavors were so enticing that one couldn't resist trying everything. The biggest applause goes to Chef Altaf, of course. I will never forget the attention and courtesy he showed during my stay. While the hotel may not be very close to the main attractions in terms of location, it is undoubtedly a place I would stay again if I were to visit once more.
Overall it has been a great stay at the Westin. The service is by far the best I've seen anywhere. Especially when it comes to the breakfast service and staff there could not get any better. The waitresses and the chefs are so attending, checking in with all of your needs, preparing or delivering anything you'd request. And even providing us with a goodbye desert as a cherry on the top. Just amazing!
I am very happy with my stay so far. Service in general is very kind, and they take good care of their guests. Food is excellent, I have never seen so many available options and care for people with food restrictions. Also, if you have a special need that is not being covered, one can always talk directly to Chef Altaf and he will take a good care of you.

Excellent room and well appointed buffet breakfast. Very complicated neighborhood and confusing one way traffic. Ideal place to stay for someone with business in the financial district but problematic if you have to go elsewhere in the busy traffic. Internet worker this time.
I have had a great time there at the Hotel. I liked it so so much. The ambience there is so luxurious and eye-pleasing. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. Food is just amazing and appetizing. You would love the food. Various types of services are available there for your comfort like manicure and pedicure and massagers who would relax your body. I had this all which rejuvenated me for my journey further. Thank you
Had a great stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Laundry is expensive. There is a place down the street (hi5) that does a great job. Ask for chef Altaf when eating in the restaurant. He's friendly, knowledgeable and will surprise you with a great customized dish.
Took the team for get-together, ambience, food and service was good as expected from Westin...The AC was not functional properly at the restaurant where the buffet was served on the ground floor...with around 50 of us were there and would have expected a good comfort experience considering the place we were. Food was awesome, nice and scrumptious spread out and as returning guests enjoyed. Overall great just feedback on improving experience on comfort of guests by adding AC capacity
