We visited this hotel with a couple friends for a day. We first had some breakfast. We received a warm welcome from staff. We had the option to either choose the buffet or to order "a la carte". We decided to go for the "a la carte" option. The food was really fresh and tasty. As Europeans, we were advised not to consume any water or raw vegetables in India not to get sick. However, we were pleased to learn that any food was safe at the Westin. Our waitress Atong made sure we had great time. She was caring and professional. She was available to answer any of our questions or requests. We enjoyed our breakfast so much in the morning that we decided to go back for diner. We were served by Atong and Biya who made anything possible for us to enjoy the evening. We really appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and smiles. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for beautiful place to have good food while not needing to pay attention to what you consume.
One of the best hotels I have ever come across (given that I have travelled extensively for work and have tried quite a few hotels in Asia). Amazing hospitality and you will never feel left out, they are always there to ensure that you are taken care of. I am definitely coming back again.
Went for a birthday celebration with family the place looked fantastic. We opted for buffet dinner. Starters were good but mains were not great.The bar waiter forgot to bring some of our drinks. The other staff went out of their way to makes us comfortable. Especially Naz was very helpful.
Westin is one really good property in Goa, with a really good kids area, swimming pool and other amenities. However, what made our stay great was the warmth and hospitality of the Westin team. They ensured that our experience kept getting better during the stay - be it breakfast, engaging kid, sharing recos in Goa or providing special refreshments in the room :) We felt that everyone was looking to exceed in every possible way - we asked spa team for beach towels and they also packed salad boxes and fruits. Though entire team was super nice, our interactions were deeper with Mohak, Raksha, Simran and Ranjana (in restaurant). Highly recommend this hotel!
Excellent hotel and staff, very modern and classy. We had an issue with our stay which was an honest mistake. However I cannot commend the management and staff enough for understanding the situation, finding the best solution for us and making our onward journey as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you for the stay, definitely will return if we ever come back to Goa.
Due to ongoing marriage functions, our vacation experience at this Westin Hotel in Goa has been disappointing. Unfortunately, the hotel staff is unwilling to cancel our room or provide compensation. This experience has led me to decide against staying at Westin Hotel Goa in the future.
If you are planning your Goa trip, Westin Goa is the perfect choice for your stay! Starting from the property , rooms, food , service and to what not .. they are just best .. It has so many events going on almost every other day which will never make you feel bore . The staff and their kind nature is what touched my heart . They even gave us a complementary room upgrade when they saw we have an extra member . That was so sweet of them . I am going to choose Westin Goa for sure for my upcoming Goa vacations

It's simply the best place to be if you're looking to stay in Goa. Beautifully built villa with comfortable and clean rooms. Nelnish and Steffie are amazing hosts and are very helpful. They have clean dorms as well as lovely private rooms available.
