One of the oldest medical shops in Kollam. No discounts on medicine.
No discount. sometimes no bill given . I am a doctor I purchased face shield from them and the chief official there fooled me into buying a face-shield (for Rs.300) from a reputed company made of PVC with MRP Rs.600. The chief sale person knew it was made of outdated PVC which he concealed from me said new cheaper shields from the same company are coming soon which will be of inferior quality. When i contcated the representative of the company the new models are made of PET which is better than PVC by all means and MRP will be about 230 If "Western medicals" people cheat a customer knowing well that he is a doctor....one can imagine how they will treat regular customers
Very bad experience with this shop. The sale s girl is saying if a lady use electrical breast pump, chances of cancer is more. They don't even know what they are selling, and bad behavior of sales staffs.
Very poor customer service....very poor...till now I have not faced such a bad experience while calling to any shop....I am a doctor by profession I called there to check availability of medicine(boric acid for my brother).... receptionist just took the phone and I just asked sir I call from periphery of kollam..I just want to know the availability of that particular medicine....he just replied in a very very bad way...sir please do not put these type of uncultured persons as receptionist
