The wellness gym is a workout place with lots of experience trainer and a well environment for workout. Trainers are well disciplined and maintained and motivate you for the workouts. Sumit Nagar attached here in the photograph is giving personal training to me. He is too much enthusiastic and experienced. He give training with proper plan and maintain the discipline.
The gym is really good with all new machines. The best thing is there are all machines for specefic body parts through which we get the perfect feel. All the equipments are new with lots of space. I dont think there is any other gym in Gaur city in comparison to this gym. The trainer is also the best i have trained under. Must visit and join this gym.
