The staffs are not cordial. Food quality is below average. One should book in advance otherwise they will charge as their want. I had to check in @11 pm,but due to train late, reached at 2pm although I have already communicated to book in advance from mmt with 20%discount,but he told me please come and don't book in advance. But when I checked out @9pm. The manager charged me above the booking price and the manager to whom I have earlier contracted did not pick my call. So irritating

Good ambience, huge space. Food was good. Staff are courteous. No idea abou rooms. I was there in resto. Lawn is cute . Small shiv temple in between the lawn. I had ordered chicken soup , fish finger , chicken malai kabab. All were good

This resort is situated by the Biju Expressway at a distance of 12 km from the Sambalpur town and 52 km from the Jharsuguda airport at a place called Majhipali. This resort has a very wide and pleasing green area in the front of the main hotel building with a beautiful temple of Lord Shiva and some sculptures of the konark Sun temple with a lot of trees. The rooms are of two kinds namely jungle view at the back side and the garden view at the front side. We have booked the jungle view room. The room was wide and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and the washroom was also large. The commode could have been cleaner but it was usable. The house staff members were cordial and professional at the same time. They have arranged for our rental car with short notice. The food quality was good however prices were very high. The lead time of waiting was a bit high where they needed to work upon. The breakfast was complementary as per our booking policy and the variety of which needs to be improved, but the food items served were fresh. They also have a spa service available.

Good clean hygienic rooms. Parking available. Ground for parties and functions. Halls are available to book for weeding and functions. Food is average. The staff is good, polite ans helpful.

Food quality is poor We received burnt Tandoori prawn and chicken. Chicken Briyani taste is not upto the mark. Need lot of improvement in food quality.

The best resort with all necessary amenities. They have a banquet, lounge, private lounge, disco, restaurant, pool, gym and spa. Everything necessary one needs to enjoy during a staycation is available here. Looking for good place to get some stress out during weekend? perfect place for you. Liked the fact that every room comes with its own privacy set and a gigantic window. The forest view is so beautiful. The accessories and toiletries they provide is just great. A must come!

Good facilities but worst room service and overall bad service experience. Food quality not good

Wifi is not available in every night time. Staff cannot solve, technical support person is not available in nighttime and senior staff doesn't pick call. Sometimes shower could not give hot water.
