The ambience was good but the food and service was not up to the mark. We ordered the Pasta that tastes like really horrible, actually I would say it doesn't even have a taste at all , not even a pinch of salt and not even the appropriate amount of vegetables as per stated in the menu, it was just one or two super small size pieces of brocolli were there which was undercooked as well. So, we talked to the manager and he exchanged that order but still there wasn't any sort of change in the taste at all. And we just left all of that pasta as it tastes really bad but still they charged us the same amount even after complaining about that issue. So, that was a total waste of money and not recommended at all.

The ambience is amazing but they seriously need to improve the services. And the taste of the food is also not something wanting you to visit this place again. The rates are also on the higher side. Most of the times, the waiters are busy chatting near the reception/billing counter. They need more training on how to be more courteous and making the customers feel that they are been taken care of, all of the times. I visited this place recently with my school friends for our Reunion, and I don't think am gonna visit it again anytime soon.

Ambience and cutlery- Very Good. Staff- Courteous but not trained and polished. Weeked Caked by Pooja is a disaster. We ordered Ceasar's Salad, Crispy nacho burger, Penne with Pesto sauce, Strawberry shake, chinese platter, navratan korma, dal makhani, garlic naan, Tiramisu, brownie with icecream. None of the items could touch our souls. We are vegetarian and specifically ordered all dishes to be vegetarian but we received NON VEG platter. The good thing is that the restaurant accepted the mistake and made the platter complimentary along with the desserts. But then the free desserts were also terrible. We returned the navratan Korma( it had a weird funny taste as something was not fresh in it). We also got 2 strands of plastic in cheese fingers. The final straw on the camel's back was Tiramisu. It was hard as a rock as against the soft mascaporne cheese texture. There was no coffee taste in it and neither the typical biscotti was used. It was the worst Tiramisu i ever had. If someone did a blind test on me, i cant even guess that it was Tiramisu. Minus 10 for it alone. Seeing the disaster the managers gave us a free Blueberry dessert in a jar while leaving the restaurant. It was a sweet gesture but then 6 of us could not finish that jar as it tasted stale and medicinal. The only tasty item was crispy honey potatoes and strawberry shake. Overall a big let down and highly not recommended. A reason for everything stale could be that for the entire 1.5 hours there was only 1 more family along with us. Poor footfall. A lot of effort has been put in the ambience, interiors and cutlery but the food was bad and desserts were pathetic. Pooja you actually need training for desserts. It comes from an international traveller and a food connoisseur. Overall highly not recommended.

The starter is good but the main course is really pathetic, service is ok, ambience is amazing. But they need to work very hard on taste. They even do not serve complimentary chatni and onion if you don't ask.

The ambience was really great no doubt but the service was very very poor. On the other hand the prices were extremely high. The food wasn't served in time even if there was no crowd and half of the staff was busy chit-chatting all the time...really disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to visit...also there was some dishwasher string left in the lentils and even after the complaint,no guilt was seen on the staff's face...it was just worth of money and time

According to the place, food was not upto the mark. I ordered Pasta, Tandoori Platter & few Drinks: - Pasta was basic, prepared with readymade sauces (tasting like a streetside one). - The quantity of Tandoori platter according to price is really poor and taste was Ok. - Drinks was not that good, having no presentation at all. Cleanliness, Service & Ambience is fine, but it only matters with good food

I usually come here to eat poo brownies with ice cream. I loved it. But last time when i had it that was a pathetic experience. Both of us and my friend got food poisoning afterwards. I have mentioned it the same to the staff as well.

Pathetic food, untrained and rude staff. Very very poor service. Recommend everyone to avoid going to weekend. Not worth going there. Horrible experience
