My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The luxurious room, impeccable service, and exquisite dining options exceeded all my expectations. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

3 star service at a five star hotel. The hotel's entrance is not easily accessible, and until you inquire with the front desk staff, no valet nor concierge services are provided. I spent three days and two nights there. The room had a nice outlook and was extremely roomy. However, the AC duct had a peculiar scent. The restrooms were lovely and roomy. However, the floor caulking on the glass partition in the shower area is insufficient to stop water from dripping into other areas of the bathroom, and it turns into a puddle. Additionally, we had to request a gutter plunger. The Alt Rooftop restaurant, which was a major letdown, was the primary reason for booking this property. Its closure was not mentioned on the website. Few good things to consider The music is upbeat, pleasant, laid-back, and lively. They are really open and discreet when necessary. A really pleasant environment. The food was wonderful and fresh. arranged how you want. They are adaptable and amiable at all times. The bed was really comfy, and the room was spacious.

Room is big enough. Clean linen and clean room. Breakfast speard is lean. The waiter is not dressed as in a good hotel. The reception is empty most of the times. The hotel is reception is on the 3rd floor of mall. Overall OK for the money you pay.

Everything is just perfect..I love the food, ambience and price.. I love the service and food quality too.. They are super active at their service.. Very friendly atmosphere..You can enjoy your special days here..like birthday parties or any other kind of celebration, get together.. Visit once..

Terrible experience ~ Before my visit Rapper King had an event at Phoenix Mall, so I opted to stay in this hotel but my experience was terrible. Very poor service, for each and every facility we need to ask them like toiletry, sleepers, even AC was also not working 1 night and on several requests they asked to changed the room. Swimming pool is also out of service. It's a nice hotel while considering location and food service only, near to metro station, PR and Phoenix Mall. I will not recommend this stay as it's very over priced as per the service and facility it provides.

# A nontypical looking front Office. # Rooms when upgraded had absolutely nothing you can call a view and e were not so informed before hand. # No one to show you around your room when you check in. # Mud in the first discharge of Tap Water. # Bathroom Door Handle came off. # Restaurant food wasn't great and they refused to add the bill to the Hotel Room. # A lot of bang bang was happening in the Restaurant area owing to some Repair or modification work. # The noise was present though muffled, in the room. # Hotel doesn't have its own parking space and visitors have to cough up exorbitant Mall charges for parking. # On the positive side: Friendly Manager and Reception Staff. (However, once checked out, they were unavailable over the Phone !?) The Ratings earned are mainly because of clean and spacious room and Friendly Manager and Staff. Suggest lowering the Tariff, so they may have more guests.

Maha Raddi, Overpriced, Poor service, 1st night no attendant was there to give use water, bought one from outside. 2nd night, AC stopped working but nobody took action, called room service 3 times at night and at about 2 am they asked us to move out to a different room. Although food served in buffet was really good and the receptionist was helpful when available.

The Eat India company restaurant ambience is really nice. The staffs are really attentive towards your preferences. Loved the food. Thanks to quinee & Avijit for the wonderful service.
