Food is Average.
Atmosphere is Superb.
Located close to river side. Ambience is also nice.
Preferred because of long drive from center of city.
In the monsoon season outdoor dining is closed. You can enjoy private party on the upper Desk.
If I compare to the Soulmate for Date Night than Waterside may be quite low on that because poor quality of food.

The main thing is they have two different sitting options in and out where they provide two different menu so you won't able to enjoy everything together.
