The Waterfront Shaw, Lavasa - Hotel in Lavasa - Pune, India

Wonderful stay at a clean & cosy hotel. It is complete will practically all ameneties of home (including induction, kettle, hair dryer, fridge, etc etc) Its perfectly located right beside the lake, with one door facing the parking and main road and the opposide door to the beautiful lakeside walkway. The staff are courteous, helpful and were very informative about our smallest of queries. Their complementary breakfast was delicious. Even though they had a fixed timing, they had inquired us about our preferred timing so they could serve it hot. (Very thoughtful). Lavassa is scarcely populated but this hotel made our stay feel like a tiny peaceful village in Europe rather than an abandoned city. Would definetly go back on another long weekend.

One of the few good hotels at the river front with views to the promenade. The restaurant diner "The American Diner" offers good food and a good service as well with good seating at the promenade itself. There's a slight dampness in the entire property but probably that is every property in Lavasa which could be improved with more natural ventilation. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and spotless.

This I believe is one of the few good hotels there, the View from the hotel is beautiful overlooking the Promenade , stream and the opposite hills. The food is not bad, breakfast could be better it's a bit weird, like as if the dishes were there for the sake of being there, but the room service options are pretty good. The location of the hotel is also good, like walking distance from other eating places(stalls mostly as most/almost all the the restaurants were not in operation ) ... either way this place is good if you are a nature lover, or looking for a cosy staycation.

Enjoyed stay at the hotel as it's good for couples as well as family. It has kitchen area with all the equipments for cooking as induction and microwave along with crockery and cooking utensils. The rooms are clean. A living area along with a view. The included breakfast with the package has a wide spread and delicious too. They have the in-house restaurant The All American dinner which is quite good. All in all a great experience in nature's vicinity.

1. Super clean premises and room. 2. Complimentary room upgrade was provided. 3. Rooms are just like our 1 BHK flat. 4. Trays, Plates, cups etc provided in the kitchen. 5. Quick room service. 6. Food can be ordered from other restaurants also. 7. Hassle free check in. 8. Breakfast prepared as per request. But the options and quantity are good. 9. All staff are well behaved. Room set in an excellent natural environment. Can hear lots of birds chirping in the evening and early morning. Overall superb experience. Would like to visit again.

Very good hotel cannot have anything to complain about . Except that the wifi that is promised in the facility does not work in the rooms , as there is some issues with the service provider. Otherwise the staff is very courteous and friendly. Definitely recommended for a weekend unwinding . We had a comfortable stay . Rooms maintained very neatly.

If you want to have a tour without too much of a crowd & pollution , just visit Lavasa. The Waterfront Shaw is perfect for it. Amazing room , wow lake views & tasty food. Will visit again in the coming winter.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the service is efficient. However, the view is average, and there is a lack of amenities, sports facilities, and suitable complementary items.
