All of the hotels are great ! The hotel is located near the mall and many eateries. The top floor restaurant is very beautiful and the ambiance is out of the ordinary with a ceiling sun roof.

I booked this hotel for 2 days and when I entered the hotel, the lift was not working there, so I was forced to use the stairs. After that I asked to give me room to 1st floor but they didn't consider it, So Then I told them to give me another floor which is below, but still they did not listen to me and hoteliers gave me a room on the 4th floor. When I went there, I saw that there were complete pipe leakages in the washroom. After complaining about this they gave me a room on the third floor after half n hour, which was neither completely clean nor was any cleaner available. Apart from that, the place where I stayed for two days, they did not do any cleaning on the next day also. Nothing good in this hotel other than breakfast for which I can recommend anyone else to go

The wallflower hotel looks very pretty when you enter it. We saw the rooms one day prior before booking it. The room looked good, enough spacious for the 2 of us and our dog. We were staying in another hotel called Rockland then, I will add review for that one as well. Since we travel with our small dog everywhere, it is necessary that we visit the hotel and ask if they will allow him. Many of them don't and a few are quite okay because he is a small dog, however, they won't mention on the website that they are pet friendly. I am glad that the Wallflower hotel was okay with him. In fact since our dog wouldn't stay alone in the room, they also allowed him in the restaurant where the breakfast was served. On the last day since we were to leave at 6 am in the morning, the restaurant staff gave us some fruits and cold sandwiches the day prior so that we can eat before leaving. I was not very happy with the actual room that we got. The first room the air conditioning didnt work properly, we had to sit at the reception for good 45 minutes. The color was chipped and coming off the wall. The 2nd room that they moved us to, the washroom was stinking so bad and we had to ask for a room freshener every now and then. Also, there are no windows at all in the rooms. There was nobody to help us take our luggage from the cab to the room and while leaving also nobody helped. We had to do it on our own. I was quite disappointed overall. If you are staying here, you have to ensure that they give you the exact room that they show you when you haven't booked the room already.

Very good hotel with very tasty food and cooperative staff. I love going to wallflower kitchen very often.

Room was properly cleaned , also food is good , i liked breakfast here . Also overall location is in good place its near to mall , if you are looking for stay near to railway station , might be tough for you coz hotel is far away from station. Plan accordingly if you are travelling.
