The VrindWoods Hotel, Vrindavan - Hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Good cooperative staff and Manager Saurabh. The room stank due to a foul smell emanating from the bathroom drains. Despite repeated attempts, they couldn't get rid of it. The room had a very tired feel to it, stained walls, damaged hinges on cupboards, lights not working in the bathroom, and broken shower heads. Overall the entire hotel seems neglected though the owner is constructing a new wing. Restaurant- the food is good, but again the restaurant has a tired feel to it. The hotel does not provide a parking facility, personal vehicles are parked outside on the road, and a watchman keeps an eye apparently. This is the first time I am posting a negative review, normally if I don't like a hotel I generally avoid writing any reviews. Unfortunately this time I felt compelled.

Good location, good service by the hotel, rooms were clean, food is good too, Saurabh from the management is very polite and were at the service 24*7 for everything. Shivam and other staff from the their terrace restaurant were very polite and good at service.

I will tell you reality about this hotel. In season they charge bery high luxury rates but the service,property, rooms and everything is so poor. Rooms were so dirty. Bedsheets were torn. Ceiling fan was so old and useless. Ceiling was so black and dirty. Washroom cleanliness was zero. Service was so slow. You will have to ask for water for 10 times. Bed was so noisy and uncomfortable. Extra bed also had bad condition. No e Rickshaw available. You will have to go to main road upto Sanskar city to get it. Reception is very small. Pool is just for name. Breakfast buffet is their biggest lie very very limited options. Staff behavior was very average. Hotel is very small and rooms are very tight and not spacious at all. You can go to any dharamshala but avoid this hotel. The room cost is max to max 2,000/- but they charge double or more rates. Not at all worthy. I will never go to this hotel again and I recommend you to see any other option. Don't get fooled by the photos that they have posted these are totally fake. Not recommended at all.

Fraud Hotel, I booked the room from Make my trip by mistake selected the wrong category. Asked hotel team to accept the cancellation policy and tried reaching multiple times to them after which they said ok we will ask staff to accept your cancellation and they never accepted it back. Very poor experience firstly hotel was not reachable on mentioned number then this type of cheating is done for just a small amount.

Location is very nice and the property also. Food quality is amazing. Also they helped us with late check. Polite staff Good stay

Okay okay type place. If you are booking it because of pool then dont bother and dont waste money. Food is also not that great. They charge 120 rupees for just Maggi. And that too was tasteless they do not know how to prepare food. You have to tell them 100 times just to bring water in the room. Pathetic experience.

Awsome Hospitality!!!! Actually we booked dulex AC room for one night but we added one more day because of there hospitality. They have a nice restaurant on the 3rd floor with a magnificent view. Mr Shiva in the restaurant was an amazing person and his way of dealing the customers was also nice.Mr Saurb Sighn in the reception also a good and an amazing personality. I will recommended this hotel for everyone who will looking for a good stay in Vrindavan. One thing that disappointed us was the unavailability of the swimming pool due to some other reasons. Apart that, everything was just lit. Please note:Do not take tuk tuk in front of the hotel.

Very impressive hotel I booked online and the reception and room service staff was so friendly and courteous to help us In an respective manner.
