Place:VHS hospital Madhya Kailash,Tharamani I faced Very very poor treatment has provided in emergency ward it has sacred a lot especially female doctor who is sitting in emergency ward so lethargic like government hospital Since we don't have option to shift my dad we continued here. Worst Hospital ever doctors and nurse are very bad in communicating the issue to patients and attenders again they are lethargic. Time management is very very poor. In conclusion they don't provide service it's business!!!!

Had got my self admitted for inguinal Hernia operated by Dr. Naren. The surgery went on well n was being looked after very well at the POW and my room. Staff were all very courteous n helpful. Thanks to the entire team who supported me during my stay and a my special thanks to Bhavya with whom I coordinated who was very very helpful. Rgds Suresh

VHS is a trust hospital and they provide good treatment and care for the patients. I admitted my father for treatment, he's paralyzed and I wanted to really appreciate Dr. Senthil Kumar (Neurologist) for his excellent treatment and clear explanation about the procedures for treatment. One of the good hospitals which doesn't loot money like other private hospitals. Insurance and Billing staff were really friendly and helpful, especially I wanted to thank Mrs. Radha from Billing department for helping us with the necessary documents to claim Insurance Overall good hospital and good care.

Taking good care for the patients. Sisters are supportive and assist in for different helps and queries. Hospital has a special ward for covid treatment. Canteen facilities available.Have enough space for parking.Overall satisfied from their services.

Worst behaviour by the staff. It is with utmost regret I am lodging this complaint on the rude behaviour of one of your duty Doctors/ assistants Ms.Thirumagal. Even though I very much feel sad to complain about an organisation which has earned an excellent reputation in providing yeoman's service in medical care. However you may please note with such type of people around, the reputation of this excellence may soon turn notorious. While one can appreciate a clean and neat environment of the institution, it is the cleanliness of the heart, mind and soul of the people manning this institution which matters most. Unfortunately it was missing in her behaviour when I visited this place for tetanus. Hope the Management takes some time and interest to correct the p staff here

My mother consulted Dr.Gopinath for urinary infection with severe pain ,Dr suggested some test and give proper medication for 7 days.After taking medicine my mother got cured.Thanks to Dr.gopinath for her kindful words and proper counseling and reassurance .

My Mother in law had to be transferred from Apollo hospital under peculiar circumstances of not clear diagnosis to VHS on 31may 2023 . Right from Admission in Emergency till discharge on 8th June 23, the process of diagnosis and care given at VHS was exemplary under Dr Sudha Vidyasagar and her entire team's dedication was commendable. We must thank VHS under the leadership of Dr Guptha for providing good health care at very affordable prices and most importantly , not keeping patients unnecessarily under admission. And including very decent upkeep of the hospital premises in terms of cleanliness and attention even by ward members and Ayyahs. Amazing. Even the process of follow up post admission has been very smooth and methodical. Its just great for a voluntary foundation to function in this manner. KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE VHS FACULTY. My mother in law Mrs Vijayalakshmi Narayanan ( 75yrs)who was admitted under a very critical condition is now hale and healthy.
