This resort was great in terms of location and service. Got a room with a pool facing view. Superb pool amenities. Sufficient parking as well. Clean and well maintained rooms and other facilities.
Highly recommend for everyone whether solo, group or family. Location is superb and near to the beach just 100-150m. I would say best pocket friendly hotel. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Also the owner of this hotel is very kind and friendly.
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. As a family with young children, we were hoping for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
Firstly, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and despite several complaints to the staff, nothing was done to rectify the situation. This made it extremely uncomfortable for us to sleep, especially during the hot summer nights.
Secondly, we were extremely disappointed to find out that hot water was only available from 5 am to 5:15 am. This made it very difficult for us to shower and get ready for the day, particularly with young children who needed to be bathed.
Lastly, we were disappointed with the lack of response from the staff when we had queries or concerns. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, and this left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with our overall experience.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to families with young children. The lack of proper air conditioning, limited hot water availability, and unresponsive staff made for an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
Overall experience was so nice rooms are clean and staff behavior was so polite and calm. Swimming pool was the most attractive and black sand beach is at 200 mts walking distance. I would highly recommend the resort for family, couples and friends to visit once.
I enjoyed my stay here. But i have too many issues the main one is with drinking water. They should provide at least a water bottle per day. We were stuck without drinking water for 6 hours and had to go to the railway station to get it in the middle of the night. On the other hand the pool is well maintained and make sure to visit the beach past midnight you can have it all for yourself.
The hotel s v near to the beach. The pool is a good 1 and rooms r ok. I dont recommend it for family. V went as bachelors and thr was a kashmiri guy, hope he is the manager, he gave us a room in the g floor. U can just stay thr for enjoying a booz and pool. Food is good but lil costly.
The stay was perfect and the staffs are too friendly and suggesting us for the places and parties.. if you are new to varkala it's 100 percent satisfy your needs
