The Vijay Park- Near Airport - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

The worst-ever hotel experience. Except it's prime location rest of nothing is good. The hotel service sucks crazily. No hotel staff is available for assistance/ the one present are not helpful at all. Housekeeping/ Cleanliness is really bad. The Air Conditioner temperature doesn't adjust. I can go on complaining. Long thing short, it's not worth the money. Anyway, the breakfast tastes quite good. But a heads-up, it's the same daily.

This establishment, which they dub as a hotel, tarnishes the reputation of the genuine Vijay Park Arumbakkam. I would recommend considering alternative accommodations, perhaps OYO rooms, over staying here. The level of hospitality I encountered during my stay was, without a doubt, one of the poorest experiences I've ever had in my lifetime. In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. The combination of cleanliness issues, poor customer service, and misrepresented amenities made my stay far from enjoyable. It is essential for the management to address these issues promptly to provide a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

The rooms are terrible. Very unhygienic, they don't even sweep and mop the rooms, the floors feel sticky and dirty. The chair, table, glass shelves, table tops all have dust. The blankets aren't clean. There is no mat outside the washroom. There are no toiletries provided. The water clogs in the washroom while we bath and the dirty water is right below our feet. They don't even maintain the standards of a 500 rupees lodge. It is very disappointing to see such a highly priced place with such low standards at such a prime location. Highly NOT recommended.

Never ever visit this hotel. Instead you can stay in some third rated dormitory. Delayed the checkin for 30 mins. Gave the room where as someone already occupied there. After a struggle, gave another room. Not even cleaned. Toilets already used by some one but not cleaned. No room services at all. Only one person will come if you call 10 times. No landline phones in the rooms will work. Cockroaches & bed bugs. ACs will not work. Even if keep it in 16 degree, room will not chill. No fans. No windows or sunlight areas in the room. Had a work for 2 days and thought to stay for 2 days, but I couldn't tolerate 6 hours and got vacated from there. Unprofessional peoples in the reception. Even after complaining that the toilets were not cleaned, they are not even ready to send people for cleaning. Such an horrible experience. Please don't try this hotels and waste your money.

This facility has been poorly serviced in such a nice location. The corridor smells, null service, charges are high.all the used mats and blanket are kept in a room with door open. One need to ask for even basic necessities like water, towel etc. Must avoid

The worst ever in chennai . You cannot see anywhere in this hotel look tidy . Bathrooms may be cleaned at the time of inaguration . You can see hans cover every where in the nook and corner even in the lift . You will not get any toilet kit or towel or even they will not kept any drinking water . If you asked for extra towel then security cum cleaner tell only that much they have .

We stayed for a night as it was closer to the airport. Checkin was good! Room was okay, Bathrooms are very small and they did not provide mat etc. Needs more maintenance! For the price of the rooms it is not a good value! No nearby food options! Only pro is location, closer to airport.

The Booked room was Denied by the Hotel, After Complaint next day message came as ressolved, Very big Cheater , At the midnight guest stayed in another hotel
