Good service and atmosphere. Everything is kept very clean, including the wash room. Coming to the food. We ordered ghee roast . Presentation vise good . Dosa was crispy but the chutney wasn't that good. It was fresh but lacking some taste. Although i liked it , a good vegetarian restaurant.
the restaurant has a really good ambiance. The food quality has increased from how it used to be before. The cost is also normal. The service is OK. Neither good nor bad. Sometimes it takes a lot of time for them to give the order due to the crowd and they do not have a dedicated parking space for this. They just have space for 2 cars and 2 two wheelers. A few of the items from the menu card aren't available but that is ok because the food available is good and tasty.

We had a North Indian thali as lunch, ordered for 55 people. Food was not tasty. It's 7 days, having had that lunch. Still many are yet to recover. Vomiting, diahheria, fever, body pain, weekness... Symptoms keeps on changing. None of us are able to even stand properly. No one should ever try from this hotel

We were served Vishu Sadya with four pickes, salad, rasam, sambar and payasam like sweet.
Basically I think the greedy owners of this chain is cheating customers left right centre even on auspicious days.
This I felt is purely greed !
But if the owners are not ashamed of this act of greed, only the public has to take care of it.
Stay away from this place though ambience and aesthetics are good (marketing gimmick)
It's a fantastic restaurant. Very nice interiors, ambience and food. The staff are very friendly. Only problem is parking. Parking only available for 2 cars. They offer yummy meetha pan for sale after the food. It's a must try

Small hotel but with very very tasty food. Had Battoora with Chana Masala & Coffe. Very tasty & delicious. Very near to the thiruvambadi temple & Road side itself without any parking facility. We have to park the vehicles nearby shop's parking lot.
dinner at Kaizen. Had Navagraha Uthappam & Chettinad masala dosa. My God. What a delicious taste. The Navagraha Uthappam having 9 different varieties was superb, mouth watering & absolute tasty.

Had ghee roast from here on the way to thrissur. Food tasted good, served hot and with good hygiene. Ladies staffs are pleasant at dealing with customers. Wash area and toilets are also maintained neatly.

Awesome food at mouth-smacking prices! Greater quantity of food for very cheap rates. Traditional Kerala food is the most attractive one here. A must try for those who love those conventional dosas, vadas, etc.
