The Viceroy Hotel - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

I recently had a stay at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The rooms and bath area were not up to par in terms of cleanliness. It was evident that proper attention to detail was lacking, and the overall hygiene standards fell short of expectations. To make matters worse, essential toiletries were missing, adding inconvenience to an already underwhelming stay. This oversight reflects poorly on the hotel's attention to guest needs. The breakfast offered minimal options, making it less than satisfying. A broader selection would have significantly improved the overall guest experience. Considering the subpar conditions and limited amenities, the hotel did not provide adequate value for the money spent. It's disheartening when expectations aren't met, especially when paying for a service. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the hotel, urging them to address these issues and enhance the overall guest experience. Future guests deserve a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

This hotel that we has stayed while in mysore was good for the price but then they gave some of our family friends a Very bad service. We totally took three non ac rooms, where some rooms the fans weren't working. There were no mosquito nets or even repellants provided and when we complained. They did not change the rooms. They took advance payment and did not refund the amount when we requested. A very moderate experience for the price we paid But as i would like to say ,the only thing good abt it is near mysore palace thats it . It was not very worth for money unless you select a room and get satisfied for the view thats it

Extremely bad hotel, not recommended for anyone with common sense. Many properties were stolen and misused by the hotel staff. Worst travelling experience ever.

Located right at the center of the city opposite to a park. It has a great view and most of the places are nearby i.e Palace, underground water and theaters. We checked in at non season and got rooms without AC at a price of 1300 for a double room it's a good deal. Rooms are very spacious

They looted us The rooms were empty We paid for two days and when we wanted to check out within one day they didnot refund our 50% money saying, it's not refundable Why should we pay for other day if we are not staying there at all?? What good does it bring to the hotel if they don't meet customer satisfaction??? Don't go. The place is desperate for money and there was no hot water in the morning and also it fills only one bucket if at all given.

We were looking for place to stay in Mysore, we ended up going to this place.Before booking we wanted to use the restroom, we politely asked the receptionist if we can use the washroom first, she very rudely replied to go out and use the restroom somewhere else and come in. We were so disappointed, because washroom and water are basic necessities. Inside the hotel looks very creepy, not safe for family. Very rude management.

Pathetic rooms, no cleanliness, rude staff, unnecessary high cost, they don't provide even a water bottle. Washrooms weren't clean at all. Please never consider this place. Had pathetic experience
