Finally got a new room with cleanish beddings. It seems the hotel does not bedsheets that go under the mattress. But at least it is better than sleeping on a slept bed. Many thanks for the staff.

It's a good clean and pocket friendly hotel. The food is good. Staff is polite and respectful. I would recommend this hotel to stay.

Worst hotel ever . All the reviews are fake here guys - dont fool yourself. The staff charged me for the damage of things which i didnt even touch . The staff is rude and abusive . I use to book stays for my employees and this was the first time i stayed there . Never contacting the hotel again !

This was an extremely charming , elegant hotel with best rooms. The receptionist Ms. Jaydisha Soni was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveller. Would highly recommend a stay. They are helpful and friendly to our patients who all seem happy with the call handling. And Hotel Food also too good and very testy. Hotel Staff is very friendly..

The hotel is not maintained properly. shortage of staff seen. room service/house keeping bad. bathroom wash basin tap was damaged, even after complaining for a whole day nobody cared. it was not repaired till we checked out. refrigerator was not working. the staff didn't care about any complaints we raised. no wonder there were only few bookings at the hotel. no proper attire of the staff & no grooming, it felt worse than a guest house. lunch/dinner plates and dishes were lying outside rooms. not picked up as there was no staff. totally unprofessional behavior seen. the only positive thing was the food quality. it was good but again in breakfast only 2-3 items available. would not recommend to anyone. unprofessional behavior and hotel tacking maintenance totally. huge improvement needed. I think they should increase the charges and focus on upkeep and maintenance of hotel.

Pocket friendly but looks & property exterior is Insta worthy. Double height luxury looking AC lobby . Front desk staff helpful & prompt in attending call. Breakfast also scrumptious.

From the remote of the TV to jet sprayer of bathroom, nothing was working. We availed all inclusive plan which is most costliest in the hotel, in that also nothing was clarified before and when we paid 100% advance, we were told that dinner is of chef choice only. Pathetic experience.
