The valley view hotel provided us good rooms with decent facilities. Rooms were clean and have enough requirements like kettle, television, wifi, spacious cupboard and a clean washroom with geyser. In fact it is sufficient for a family of 3-4 people. One notable point is that hot water is available here 24x7 in this hotel. The hotel restaurant provides good quality food. The staffs are very pleasing and their response is good when called for room service. As it's location is in Srinagar city, the view from hotel is not like expected. Overall it was a great experience staying at this hotel
Staffs were very polite and welcoming. Even though food options were limited for bf and dinner it was very tasty and all the staffs were always making sure that we are being served and taken care of. Would recommend for family

Did not have great experience with our recent visit to this hotel. Hot water is not available in bathroom, furniture were old and poor shape, Since it on main road no point of any veiws from the hotel. Pest control recommend for hotel, as we find spider and insect at room.
