Good place in Karaikudi to have lunch and dinner.. The location, service and food is expetional good.. It's in the famous heritage street of karaikudi... And it's in a 200 years old renovated bungalow
Totally not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else. This meal was around Rs695 and didn't even taste the cost. The cauliflower fry was uncooked inside. Only one vegetable was provided that too potato. My mom had extreme gastric issues after having the potato and sambhar. If I'm paying Rs695. I expect atleast the taste to be good. The soup was horrible. There is no salt in anything. And the quantity or the variety of dishes provided wasn't even enough. Totally a waste Podi was bad too. This meal shouldn't have costed more than Rs300. Better to avoid this restaurant
Awesome Chettinadu cuisine and great hospitality. Ramachandra explained the dishes, history and kept us entertained and our stomachs full.
We had good experience in this cafe and restaurant. First time we tried tea and coffee which was amazing and that brought us again for the second time where we had lunch. We had la perfect chettinad cuisine. Staffs are so friendly to approach and the ambience was amazing to experience. Prices for the food are affordable and the quantity was perfect too.
The place is not worth it, there are many other local small places which are not even on google maps that serve better food and adds to your chettinad experience. A simple stroll among the streets will lead you to better cafes/restaurants. The service was slow and the food wasn't tasty. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
A pleasent ambiance with good chetinad style food. Friendly staff and service. We tried vegetarian meals unlimited.
Hotels atmosphere was good. Veg meals costs around 600 Non veg meals costs around 700. Food are prepared in authentic chettinad style.
