The Utsav Grand banquets and resort (pure veg.) - Banquet hall in Sonipat - Sonipat, India

Hi I am Arjun stayed at Utsav Grand sonipat. Ambience and rooms are clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Staff is very co-operative and friendly.

The rooms are not clear. The service is 3rd class. They charged 3500 per room and didn't even provide the breakfast as per the deal. Ar 10:40 they told me that the breakfast was free upto 10:30 only.

Guy don't stay here , such a third class hotel to stay , worst service , in whole bog so called hotel total 5 staff employees, they don't clean rooms they just argue , big rats in mini bar in rooms , instead of apologising they people don't even change your room , for mosquitoes they don't give you (All out) solutions . They guys don't clean your rooms eve. after requesting them for 5-6 times . Landlines are not even working to ask for any type of service . 3rd classs hotel .

Recently 10 June 2022, I stayed in this hotel on my marriage in room number 217. The Hotel from outside looks very good and also Manager tell this is the best hotel in sonipat but actual situation is totally opposite. Room is not clean when we checked in , rats are jumping on room corners and cupboards. We have no other option to book other hotel in short notice so thoughts to manage but in Summer 45' temp there AC was not working. Only single water bottle provided in the room. We ordered additional water bottles from restaurant but after 10- 15 follow up they delivered normal Walter bottles after 3 hours. There is no taste in food and delivered cold food to us. This is pathetic experience for us. I never recommend this type of 3 star hotel in sonipat who provide negative 5 star service to their guest. No single service was proper. As per my understanding these people think make building and mark 3 star hotel. They don't know what is hospitality, how to treat their guest. How to provide service in Hotels. This is worst ever experience during my hotel stay. Please think lacs of times before stay in this hotel.

Pathetic place. Guy named Anuj at reception was most unfriendly. Checked in in the morning. Was cold. Entered bathroom for shower. Waited under shower for sometime. There was no warm water in taps. Asked him about hot water. His response was we do not switch on boiler, whatever you are getting, accept it otherwise I am local and you will face problems. When confronted, he asked me to wait under shower for 15 min so that a hot water bucket can be arranged. Food is pathetic. Attitude is bad. Room was stinking. Security guy at gate will enquire and investigate you for 10 min before letting you in for checkin. Reception guy told me to complain to anybody whom I feel like, he doesn't care. Better to avoid and go for other hotels. This hotel is the most expensive one in Sonepat. Seems hotel is just a cover to camouflage some other activities and thatz why they don't want guests to come. Reception guy behaved like goon. Could see only one guy as housekeeping, room service and even the bell boy. There us something real fishy about this hotel.

Very nice ambience. Nice Rooms

Worst hotel i have booked in my life. I have booked 13 rooms for my guest in my marriage. No single room cleaned. There was a layer of dust on bed and sofa in suites , super delux and delux room. Hotel staff is very unprofessional. A simple Mineral Water was delivered after 150 minutes from order and after multiple calls . Same thing with food. Hotel staff told this is normal in their hotel. They took a lot of time to deliver water and food in hotel. No AC was working in rooms. Called to thier general manager but he told their electrician has checked and ACs are working fine. However my guests were sweating badly and some of them left hotel and booked another property for thier stay in mid night. This hotel made my marriage a disaster. All of my guests are angry on me. This is not the kind of service they were expecting from the hotel. Sorry to share this type of negative comments on hotel but this is my first negative comment on public profile. I do not wants others to suffer like I did. Hotel staff and top management were very unprofessional and lack quality service. This hotel is only hotel with negative facilities and services. Pls thing tons of times before booking this hotel. I am very much disappointed for the service and sad as my guest has to suffer.
