Best restaurant I have visited till now in Tezpur. Very reasonable and very friendly behaviour. I loved it

The service was so poor.... We ordered 3 very normal item and they took 45min+ to serve food and the food was below average nothing special..I think they should try to improve their services and become efficient the only this good about the place was the ambience.

Can't express my feelings right now. Seriously the taste of those heavenly foods provided by them was yummyliously awesome...unless and until you taste those you can't imagine the taste...my humble request to all the foodie genius to spend at least one visit and enrich your taste buds with these foods. ...the behavior of the staff is just superb. ...and one more thing, the BEST one which I liked most of them is they have kept some small small wooden structures just below the transparent dining top that highlighting our Assamese Culture superbly...check my photos for that.!! Glad to spent few hours of my life at this spot. Thanks to *The Urban Shack*...keep serving humanity like this way.Good Luck.

The food was smelling very bad. It was most probably food cooked 2-3 days earlier. Quality is very poor. Rice smells like rotten. Pathetic experience. Not at all professionals. Don't visit this place. It was a horrible experience. They don't even have proper cooks for the items they offer. Very dirty place. Even animals can't eat the food. "VERY DIRTY AND WORST FOOD, DON'T VISIT" FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT SHOULD EXAMINE THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD.

Worst restaurant. First of all, the prices of items are very much as compared to their quantity. Because, the quantity is very less, very very less. Secondly, the staff here are very annoying, they frequently visit you to ask you order something more ! Really annoying. Moreover, as the food prices are too much and quantity is also less, but the taste is also not good. Most of the dishes are very spicy. Lastly, they serve soft drinks also. But, the soft drinks are like diluted, or mixed with cold water.
