Nice place to stay. Rooms are comfortable. Staff behaviour is also good.

There were bed bugs on beds. The checkin time is 12 pm, I reached at 12.10 pm, but they made me waiting to get room as rooms were not ready. Though I paid everything online, they asked me to pay more at the time of checkin. I booked via Agoda and complained but no results. Also Agoda mentions that here complimentary breakfast will be there but they simply refused.

Clean, tidy, and high standards for hygiene. One down point is that there is no in-house kitchen, so you've got to rely on delivery apps for the food part. But otherwise, the hotel has a really positive appeal about itself.

I wish i could give 0 stars to this one. I usually keep low expectations with budget hotels of OYO/AGODA but this one is the SCAM. While the of check-in they will ask you extra amount for the sake of room upgrade charges otherwise they won't allow you to stay. You will keep calling your hotel booking coordinators and after so much of stress what options you will get from OYO/ADOGA is that you can cancel this booking and take full refund. How good is the refund when you are staying at the hotel door with all your family and other stuffs? You will have no option but to pay the extra amount. The next part is, they probably refuse to give you other amenities mentioned in the hotel booking portal (Like Free Breakfast) by saying they do not have it and the information given is in-correct. I was searching for old reviews and the hotel is doing the same things from past like year 2019 . It is not new for them to scam people. They are keep saying that Agoda/OYO never updated their details as per request but all these are false statements. All the positive reviews are either by people who have stayed there for single days without bothering about any of it or their own staff members. ****DO NOT GO WITH THIS HOTEL******

It's a great hotel, nice staffs and co-operative management. Rooms are well maintained with a nice ambience and quality beds.. Just the location is a little offbeat..

I booked the room from oyo at a reasonable price but later, without informing me, the hotel increased the price by 3399/- under "room upgrade" (I understand that the hotel might not have agreed with oyo prices). I cancelled the booking but they did not refund that "room upgrade" charges i.e. 3399/- for a room I did not even stay in. Never had a worse experience in any other oyo. Do not book it!!!!

Located near the airport 1.6km (perfect location). Excellent hotel of dis class and extremely clean, provides u with great hospitality. Our sheets, towels, surface of desk and bathroom were all regularly clean during our stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides u almost every facilities. Nothing to complain about it was very comfortable, everything from entering the hotel until leaving the hotel was great. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend dis hotel to everyone. You wont regret, just be there

They are only greedy for money. Despite being a below average place without food and other amenities they want you to pay them a bomb for their standards. Unfortunately I don't think the owner even cares about what's happening with his property. He's probably just made losses and hence now wants to make money. But overall, it's a buggers muddle to even be here.
