Rooms are on rooftop. AC rooms, cozy. There were table, a chair and an almirah. TV was there but didn't know how to watch channels.. maybe on subscribed OTT it runs. No lift. Till top floor, you will have to carry your own luggage. Room has an inverter connection but no charging point was connected to it, only light and fan was connected. Has separate balcony, view from there was superb. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Rooms are on 4th floor and there is no lift in the building. U have not other choice but to climb the stairs. Rooms not clean. Terrace is not at all maintain. Beers bottles, food scrap etc lying on terrace. No room service even to pick up luggage. Not at all recommended for family and elder people.

Rooms are nice but our room had broken lock. They don't offer any food service except breakfast,tea and water bottle. Bathroom is clean and nice cozy rooms with wooden interior. This is an ideal place for travellers and couples.

The location and the set up is pretty decent. However, this is again one of those places where you book online for convenience trying to get the best deal and once you reach the location they tend to have problems with the pricing of the third party online applications. I rode all the way from Siliguri, extremely tired through the hot and humid weather and when I got to the location I just had to wait until they had their price issue sorted. This place is mostly used by couples, one night stands and what not. For that it seems to be a decent option. But if you're a traveller, a backpacker or a biker this place is just not recommended. Basic things such as a complimentary water bottle is not provided, the blankets were not clean (had stains all over) and there isn't any front desk as such that you can contact directly for any assistance (mind you the rooms are on the terrace and it's not practical to walk all the way down where their front desk is located and all the way back up every time you need something), not a singles hangar in the room (contacted the owner several times for the same and after a point he just refused to pick up the call) or any place to dry your clothes. As a traveller I would definitely not recommed this place. However like I mentioned for couples it seems to get the job done.
