It was a really good experience with Unexplored Group. The team was super helpful throughout the trip. All the arrangements were up to the mark and we did-not face any issue through out the trip. Also the driver that was provided to us, was very humble and he ensured we get the chance to enjoy the amazing food in Meghalaya. I would surely re-commend to try unexplored group and in will be using their service as well in future trips

I traveled solo and had a captivating time and the entire travel was super safe and satisfactory! Manik handled it so well and the best part of all is the tempo travel guys, extremely safe. Places were mesmerizing and visited at the right time. 5 nights and 6 days were worth it for the package. People in the batch were really friendly and met some young minds. Advise: Be prepared to eat anything available as you won't find your favorites, also carry some energy bars and snacks. You should also try and explore!:)

A very nice experience with Unexplored Routes. I got to know about Unexplored Routes on Instagram and was initially skeptical. Thanks to Mr. Manik for responding well and clarifying doubts before the trip. I can assure that Mr. Manik has kept his word on hotels and other requirements we had before the trip. We went as a couple to Kashmir in September and the arrangements were really good. We got an English speaking driver as requested. The driver Aamir was very friendly and took us to good restaurants and shopping places. We were happy with Mr. Manik checking on us everyday, ensuring everything was fine. We didn't have any issue with the trip and we covered all places as planned. Mr.Manik is also very open to feedback regarding what could be better. Unexplored Routes is also cost effective compared to other travel agencies. I will recommend Unexplored Routes to everyone after my trip. I look forward to going on a trip to Meghalaya with Unexplored Routes.

We were a group of 12 landing at Guwahati. From day one, Manik made sure that all arrangements were made as per schedule. He had shared the itinerary well in advance & also offered to edit it to our liking. The itinerary was well thought out and we were able to cover most of Meghalaya - barring a couple, due to weather. Haneef, our driver was very skilled and accommodating. So, I'd definitely recommend Unexplored routes to anyone who plans to visit Meghalaya.

It was an amazing trip to Meghalaya, The natural beauty this place offers is spectacular . Made lot of new friends and the travel guide Manik was very friendly and patient. He was letting people take their own time for exploring and photos. Some of the things that could have been better 1. It was really great that we got own time to explore things, but this made us carefree and it made us take a lot of time at every single spot. Manik should have estimated the average time taken at a spot and worked things out a little better. We missed one spot (canyons)because of it. 2. In Krang suri falls some people got lost and went to other parking. It took 25 min to get to other parking. This could have been avoided if it was guided properly. 3. Lot of time we were oblivion where to have food like in the Shillong market. This caused us lot of extra time. Some recommendations could have been mentioned at every spots in the itinerary for better experience. 4. On day 5 at Dowki camping, It rained heavily at night and water was dripping from the tent and all my clothes were wet. I would have loved if they would have given an option for homestay for some extra charge before booking of trips itself. The common toilet and bathroom were so pathetic, one private home stay or maintained washroom could have been arranged for the whole group to use. 5. Manik could have been a little more proactive in communication in the group chat. I hope this points will help you give better experience to your customer in future. Abhijit Yadav

Last week me and my friends went on a trip to Meghalaya. It was one of the best trips I had. Manik gave us the 6 day itinerary and he was also flexible to change it to our liking. The hotels he booked are very comfortable and for transport we are given a vehicle with a driver.

This was my first trip to North India and also my first group trip. So everything was arranged and planned by The unexplored Routes I just had to fly down there. Manik the host is so friendly and chill he lets us take our own time to explore the unexplored :) I had so much fun looking forward to another trip.
