The Underground Charcoal Grill - Restaurant in Aadit - Idukki, India

The atmosphere is really awesome at night in this restaurant. We visited twice during our stay in the Panoramic Getaway hotel. We ordered Peri peri grilled chicken and a Cardamom Pot Tea. The grilled chicken was cooked to perfection but it was sweet rather than spicy like the name suggests. And the cardamom tea was much better than we expected. Even though we ordered for two, the pot contained tea for three people. Also the pot and cups were of high quality. Highly recommended place for a dinner with an great ambience.

I try dinner today 9 Sept , white sauce Pasta and morrocon soup also Mixed grilled . I like Pasta and soup but The grilled was too much spicy for me , I couldn't eat it . Mr.Younes touch my feeling and asked me if you would like to replace with other main Course with No fees And really he was very kind to me . At the end I go happy It's not about food about crew behaviour was amazing . Appreciate it .

We ordered some lebanese chicken , tandoori jhinga , grilled fish with chimmi churi sauce (must try) and mashed potato on sides. The quantity is perfect for two people and food tastes were really good. Highly recommend it if you are in munnar. Ambience and view are also fabulous!

We stayed at the Panoramic Getaway and had a chance to visit 'The Underground'.. Great ambience with beautiful surroundings.. and their interiors are really good.. They have both indoor and outdoor seating(with awestruck views) options. We did taste their desi veg and non veg combos - they come with 2 appetizers, pulao and roti. Portions were huge and made our tummies full. Food was excellent and great in quality and taste(just felt they could have been bit more spicier). Overall a good experience at this place and we would visit again definitely..

During our stay at the Panoramic gateway resorts we had dinner experience at The Underground restaurant. The setting is great facing the valley and service is prompt and good. Fare is Italian, Mexican with Indian appetisers thrown in. We had vegetarian pizzas (margarita and garden veg) and vegetarian burrito. Overall a dinner evening well spent - surely recommended

This place is very cozy and has plenty of nice food options. The BBQ chicken wings and satay were excellently cooked and the pizza was tasty too. The service staff have a positive friendly attitude and make dining even better.

unfortunately I can't recommend this place! the owners should pay more attention and make better choices. the underground restaurant concept doesn't work from the point of view of menu, music, prices, drinks. the waiters try to be professional, but they need more training

We enjoyed a couple of meals here, whilst staying at the Panoramic Gateway hotel. The menu was huge, and everything we ate was delicious, particularly the items straight from the charcoal grill. It was a shame it wasn't busier whilst we were there and we recognise this is out of their control given we came out of season. More people would help create a buzzing vibe, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our visits and the staff were very friendly!
