I have been admitted in this gym and doing workout from last three months and It is a great experience to be here. Gym trainer is really helpful and friendly. I have little bit of pain issue and our gym trainer is helping me to get it recover safely.
The tunnel gym can be best option for you if you live near tangra... Its cheap and best .. you can get almost all equipments ..place is so nice you must visit once if you live near tangra. Its run by mr. Ravi . I personally go for the gym morning time,and suggest you all to visit here if you you dont want to spend tooo much money for normal gym.. its pocket friendly too.. so must visit once to check out the decorations and equipments. Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
