If you are staying at gangtok permanently or for a specific period then take this cafe as your comfort zone .Full of amazing staffs,people,collgues ,friends from Sikkim and outside and what not. Me with my co-interns used to hang-out at this cafe once in a week. Try their peri-peri fries, you will get the best fries in town.

The most lively cafe of gangtok. Owner has focused well on interiors. If you spend good time here you will notice the drawings, the miniatures etc. Coming to food, we had ordered Veg Bombay sandwich, hot chocolate, Veg burger, pancakes and garlic bread. We have tried multiple cafes in Gangtok and we lifood at Travel's cafe the most. Except the garlic bread which did not meet our expectation rest everything we really relished. Highlight was the pancakes which was the most soft pancake we ever had. It took me back to my childhood. I had ordered few food items for home delivery from Uppai today on 29.6.23 and instead of Garlic chicken as one of the item they delivered veg sandwich, and the price for garlic chicken was deducted, when inquired they said Garlic chicken means the sandwich itself, see how they try to fool the customers or it simply means how foolish they are, rather then apologizing for their mistake which they did it on purpose,they were least bothered. The food was yuck, the service pathetic and the people dealing with it are losers who don't own up to their mistakes.
The travel cafe ambience is so cute, you sure know there is some traveller inside the cafe who has various experiences to share, the place is decorated with various cute travelling items. You may not have live music inside but there may be some enthusiastic person inside playing guitar for you.
