Room are good and we'll clean, but some room you do not lock the bathroom, room rate is also high. Location wise good for one night. Lift in the hotel but no service, located near to Hong Kong market. Siliguri.
Had a quiet time sipping on our fav drinks the place was empty and we had everything to ourselves. Pleasant time spent.

I use to stay out in this hotel whenever I use to go to siliguri but the receptionist son has no manner to speak with the guest .when his father use to seat in the reception I use to really enjoy my stay at this hotel but because of the behaviour of his son I have stopped visiting this hotel .so if the owner reads this review plz keep the matured person in the desk so that he can handle the guest with good attitude .
Ambience is good. The management is in cost cutting mode,. Free snacks with drinks may not satisfy you. Some waiters are not attentive enough.
To expensive and always disgusting the service is just hopeless. Not as old back when 2012 but in 2021 when we came it's just disgusting, nor they know how to talk with customers it's just.......

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.
