Everything is wonderful about this hotel. Look forward to visit again.

Rooms are good, room service is also best. Food is ordered before 10 pm at night. Wifi service is not good, same as tv shows mostly not available. Car parking is available in front of the hotel or hotel parking area at both ends.

Room was good but Food was not upto mark... Sandwich given very old bread. morning breakfast Poori was very poor and yogurt was not fresh..

If you want a pleasant trip please avoid this hotel. People are dacoits. They will charge you hefty amount with no basic amenities like availability of dental kit. You will have to keep asking them back to back even for drinking water. They will tell you that they have parking space but will not tell you that you cannot bring your vehicle to their premises without paying stupid charges on the roads to their hotel. We checked with them regarding accessibility to their hotel at least 4 times over call and specifically regarding parking facility. But they didn't disclose the hidden charges which you get to know only after you reach. No refund policy, no discounts and the people on front desk will start fighting with you if you ask them about their facilities. Worst place to stay.

The hotel is good but I realised it's a mistake to stay on mall road. All the hotels have mall road views so you can't even open the curtains as people can see into the rooms. The rooms are very compact. The staff at Three Oaks were very friendly and helpful. If you want a quieter exp and better place to stay you should choose something on Camel Back Road

A great stay on busy Mall Road with amazing mountain view. The food tastes good and the room service is extraordinarily fast. Although the tariff I felt on the higher side but that's maybe because of the rush in Mussoorie during the time I stayed. I would definitely recommend this property to those who wants to stay in heart of Mussoorie city, need amazing view and leisure stay in hotel room.

Reasonably priced budget hotel. Since taxis are not allowed on the Mall road, there is a ~10 min walk from Library chowk, you can hire a rickshaw if you find the walk difficult - especially with luggage. And there are 12-15 steps to be climbed from the road. Rooms are above average, had to ask for toilet paper and room cleaning, service was prompt when asked. Lift is a little tricky, be careful so it doesn't close on you. Corridor had a carpet which badly needs some vacuum cleaning. Front facing rooms have a great valley view. Food was okay and price was reasonable for Mussorie. Location is excellent, being on the Mall road which is a shopper's paradise. Manager was helpful and friendly.
