The facility is very great.i have been enjoying here since last 7 days and still enjoying the same as first day.

If I could I would have given 10 out of 5 for service. The place is closed to most of the places around for Kochi. Don't get scared by the small lanes reaching the location as its used only by residence hence no traffic. We managed to get our innova inside easily. We too were surprised initially but realised its normal. Entire Fort kochi has a big issue of mosquitoes hence my suggestion would be to go prepared. 3 rooms. 3 washrooms. Good for 6 of us travelling as a family along with a seating place. Value for money and the service makes up for anything that you might not like which would be the case everywhere.
Very Courteous, Humble and friendly. Always ready to help and guide with a smile. Very safe and homely. They are not serving food now after Covid but intends to do ao in future.
Mr Jude was an exceptional host, very helpful and kind person. One of the best home stays around fort kochi. Rooms are spacious and air conditioned, all with huge attached washrooms which themselves are adequately equipped. There is a common area with TV and cable connection, tea making accessories, loads of informative books and some games to play for the guests. Special mention of his pet rabbit, makes this place interesting for kids in the family. Home cooked food available but need to inform the hosts one meal in advance. All in all a good home stay... Highly recommended.
Loved this place, home away from home. The house owner so friendly and helped me to understand the places. Recommend to ask for AC and they charge only nominal rate. Walkable distance to fortkochi beach and eateries
We got a good independent villa for the price of a normal hotel-room! The food is tasty and serving size is bigger than in Restaurants. Calm and quite place with lots of greenery around. The owner is genuinly happy and friendly guy and has very good knowledge about the area and shopping places. He even had discounted rates for Kathakali show.
Amazing family, really helpful, very neat and clean stay... Very kind people even helped me in fixing my route for the next destinations... No interference of any one seperate rooms with attached clean washroom. Thanks a ton for making my ride more comfortable by letting me stay at your place. :-)
