My family and I checked in at 10 PM, and despite the late hour, we were not greeted with the warm welcome that we had anticipated based on the reputation of your establishment.Moreover, we were informed that we must check out at 12 PM the following day. This gave us a very limited time to enjoy our stay and did not meet the standard of hospitality we expected.I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but I believe that a more flexible approach to check-in and check-out times, especially for late arrivals, would significantly improve the guest experience. Additionally, a hospitable and understanding reception is fundamental to guest satisfaction, something that was notably absent in our interaction.

Excellent service, great hospitality, clean and big rooms. The best part is the flexibility shown by the staff here. We needed food without Onion and garlic, Chief Chef Mr. Siraj was really supportive and ensured that the maximum things in the menu are good for us to eat. Also the dedication shown by waiting staff member Mr. Vasikaran was excellent. Always on his toes to provide prompt support.

Very nice hotel for comfy stay. Food quality excellent. Special mention to chef Mr. Siraj for preparing delicious jain food as per our request and Mr. Vasiksran for quick service. Overall a great experience. Cheers

I didn't find this hotel value for money at all. Pros: 1. Accessible, since it is on the byepass. You can avoid the terrible madurai traffic 2. Booking was easily available. 3. Swimming pool is clean and suitable for kids. Cons: 1. I needed a room for just 4-6 hours for my kids to rest, they still charged me a full day's tariff, but no complementary meal was provided. 2. Rooms are dull, linen looks shabby, the couch cushions are out of shape. Pillow cases were torn and shabby. 3. Bathroom walls and under-sink area need cleaning. Basic things like toilet paper was not provided. 4. Mini-fridge was not cooling at all. 5. Room service is poor. We ordered 2 lime sodas, after 30 mins, they sent just one. The second one never arrived. 6. Pool tiles are not clean. There is no shade at all. 7. AC cooling is also not up to the mark.

It's not fit for a star hotel. Rooms are spacious but the bed is hard to sleep. No fan in Rooms. During summer it takes long time to cool. Parking ok. The nice place is food court. Morning Buffet is very tasty. One lady server is very kind in serving. Wheat uppma is tasty

Prime location and good property. Its an old property but well maintained. Service could be a bit better. Overall good place.

Good staff and good service..Jasmin and shalwi ,mr vasikaran,chef siraj all members are very pleasant service and nice food .
