The Thai Spa (Quest Mall) - Spa in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

Went for Thai massage but what I actually got was elbow massage. Instead of using fingers for massage the north east women was using her elbows and pressing hard . This is not good for our skeletal system. 60 minutes time was given and out of that 25 minutes was for bathing time.so actual massage is only 35 minutes. No head or neck massage done. Attaching my bill with this review . And don't trust the one review people here. Those are fake reviews.

I visited the place a Sunday after pencil booking over phone in advance. The receptionist-cum-manager welcomed me quite friendly. I was provided with the service chart with all details. Once I confirmed, the full payment had to be done in advance (which I believe may be changed into post-service?). The masseuse was recommended swiftly. It was Swedish Message of 1.5 hours by a Thai Lady. The entire process of massage was really delightful and relaxing. The lady did her job very well. I am very much satisfied since they provide printed invoice (pricey ) as well at the end. Was wondering if and when I can visit again.

I had visited this place in search of an authentic massage but it is deceiving from it's name "thai spa" where now a days they have hired north eastern lady who looks similar to Thai lady without any massaging skills.THE TOPMOST PRIORITY OF THE CENTRE IS "Extra Service" and the masseuse makes you feel like an enemy when you refuse directly.It's a shame that we are running these centres in a public mall.Please don't cheat customers as there are people who are looking for authentic massage for relaxation instead of looting money by all means from the customer.

Overpriced, therapists are rude and lack the skills. It's nothing like Thai massage, no stretching, name is misleading.

The massage was good deep tissue had the right pressure it's rejuvenation at best decent place professional therapists .

Had a really bad experience with Lisa here. She was impatient and put too much pressure during the massage. I kept saying it's hurting me, and she laughed at me for not being able to withstand the pressure. I wrote the following feedback and gave it at the reception. Photo attached.
