Arrived very early morning and had a smooth quick check in to an upgraded clean and comfortable room. Had all the needed amenities. Fantastic breakfast buffet where friendly staff explained all the different types of South Indian food. Delicious food and unlimited milk tea. Really enjoyed our short stay here and would recommend staying here.

A nice experience should await you if you would like to choose the hotel during your stay in the city. The rooms, the ambience, the food are good enough and the staff are all co-operative and courteous. Jeena and Anoshma at the front desk had extended all their cooperation and catered to almost all of the services requested for promptly enough.

The hotel is located quiet centrally, has ample parking and spacious rooms, the rooms are clean and the bathroom was clean and big. The team was very friendly and ensured that our stay was very comfortable.
If possible avoid the stay and food... I can't believe how bad they are,. The food that they delivered was freezed dishes and subpar chicken fry ( chicken was basically waste pieces that they sell as chicken parts in some chicken shops.. how hard is it to prepare fresh food for lunch instead of serving cold dishes in sadhya... Avoid at all costs..
Unkempt bathroom walls with algal growth. Dusty beds and rooms (could wipe the dust off with fingers). Cheap kettles and extremely diluted handwash everywhere (be it toilet or dining wash area).Walls are not soundproof- early mornings are noisy with sounds of housekeepers instructing each others, alarms from other rooms.
Excellent Food, service and ambience...I'm a hard core fan of their Pidi and kozhi curry and kuska rice.... Once we had their sadya as a part of Onam Celebration and it was a tasty one....

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
