I recently visited The Tandoori Hut in Aditya Mall, Ghaziabad, with the expectation of enjoying a refreshing banana shake. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing and deceptive. To my surprise, when I received my "banana shake," it was far from what I had anticipated. Instead of a genuine blend of banana and milk, I received what can only be described as an ice shake with a mere half-cup of milk. What made this even more frustrating was the fact that they charged a hefty Rs 60 for what was supposed to be a big glass of banana shake. This experience left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty when it comes to the quality and ingredients of the food and beverages I order. The Tandoori Hut's practice of substituting genuine ingredients with a subpar imitation is not only disappointing but also misleading to customers. I urge The Tandoori Hut to reconsider its practices and provide customers with the quality and authenticity they deserve. Deceptive practices like these erode trust and can lead to customers seeking alternatives. It's essential for businesses to maintain transparency and integrity in their offerings to build and retain a loyal customer base.

Ordered shahi paneer and naan take away. They charged me 339 for uncooked naan and shahi paneer, couldn't do much as I stay far and food and opened the package later to my surprise that the lady and Mr are looting people with such pathetic food. Disgusting and terrible food. Never buying from you again. Giving 1 star due to no option to rate them in negative scores

Small Hut for Veg and Nonveg food items. Very little space for dining outside the shop. Foods are little bit overpriced. Quality is good.

We ordered kebabs and chicken and opted for takeaway. Kebabs were overcooked but chicken was awesome. They took lots of time to prepare and pack the food. Seating as well as takeaway is available. Staff was polite.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Tandoori Hut. Would give zero but I can't. My recent visit to Tandoori Hut left me thoroughly disappointed. I had high hopes when I ordered their Dal Makhani and Lachha Paratha, expecting a delicious and authentic Indian meal. However, my experience turned out to be a complete disaster. Firstly, the food was poorly cooked. The Dal Makhani lacked the rich flavors it is known for and had an unappetizing texture. It seemed as though the dish was prepared without proper attention and care. To add to the disappointment, the Lachha Paratha was undercooked and doughy, far from the crispy and flaky paratha I was anticipating. To make matters worse, consuming the food from Tandoori Hut resulted in severe stomach pain and discomfort. It's concerning when a restaurant's food not only fails to meet expectations but also causes physical distress. The inadequate preparation and cooking methods used here are simply unacceptable. In addition to the disappointing food, the overall service at Tandoori Hut was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, paying little attention to customers' needs. It took an unusually long time for our orders to be taken, and the wait for the food was frustratingly lengthy. Based on my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Tandoori Hut to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. The unappetizing Dal Makhani and Lachha Paratha, coupled with the subsequent stomach discomfort, indicate a lack of quality control and attention to detail in the kitchen. It is evident that Tandoori Hut needs to address these issues and significantly improve their overall service quality.

Ordered executive thali but Very Bad , Paneer was sour in taste nd from the first bite realised it was spoiled but unfortunately I had nausea after eating , hoping not to get more than this. Not recommended.

All the tandoor stuff is super amazing. I just love the taste. But I think they need to improve their tandoori momos. But rolls and chaps are super amazing. They even have a mocktail stall in front of them. That is also, super good must try.

It's worst shop ...they serve uncooked butter chicken..n after complaining that lady said never come on my shop...n never came again....rude behaviour..worst food...
