The Suryaa New Delhi - Hotel in New Delhi - South East, India

The room was very nice and the service was outstanding. I don't know about the location since we didn't leave the hotel. Don't miss the restaurant on the top floor with the gorgeous view. We were lucky since there were fireworks all over the city. We enjoyed very reasonably priced cocktails and appetizers. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Be sure to look to the right and around the corner as you enter the buffet area, lots of yummy things to enjoy. We missed this area and we were too full to eat anymore.

While the charges of this hotel are at par with any other 4 star plus chain but they miss basic things around professionalism. The room did not have the heating working in winter or delhi. Staff at reception would hold you in waiting at the checkout because they want to check the mini bar items. Such things can be managed seamlessly by showing a level of customer service and professionalism.

This is an amazing hotel! We arrived after a long flight to a clean and huge room which was beautifully prepared for us. But the hotel's staff really make this place shine, from their helpfulness in arranging tours to recommendations on what different foods to try. One of the breakfast staff was particularly amazing! He would ask me every morning if I wanted to try some Indian food and would then present me with a variety of southern Indian dishes. They were amazing! He then presented us with chai and asked if we would like to try more dishes. He was so proud of his country and food, we really enjoyed this experience. We also visited the hotel pool (which is lovely) and the rooftop restaurant which offers great views of Delhi. Again, the staff were exceptional in their service. I've never experienced such high end and professional staff at a hotel before, this place is definitely a must book! The whole ambiance of the hotel is amazing. We loved our afternoon cup of tea and cake in the hotel's reception. The building's decor and style adds to the atmosphere and charm

A wonderful hotel with most friendly staff in Delhi! Highly recommended. Good food, lovely restaurant and very reasonably priced in house shop.

Went for a business meeting on top floor hall. Next to the hall was a balcony with wonderful view of delhi (could locate Lotus temple) and stairs that lead to an open amphitheatre sort. Overall experience was good.

Room were good but there were no sockets near bed which is basic necessity. Iron board and iron not provided you need ask for the same . Rest of the amenities provided were ok . Breakfast was good .

Nice hotel in the New Friends Colony area, probably the best one in this location. They should work on making their elevators better & faster.

Food is above average, good for hosting events like conferences and marriage but service isn't the best.
