The Surya- 4 Star Luxury Airport Hotel - Hotel in Angamaly - Ernakulam, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Surya, and overall, it was a positive experience. **Pros:** - **Luxurious Ambiance:** The hotel's ambiance is truly luxurious. The decor and attention to detail create a welcoming and upscale atmosphere. - **Attentive Staff:** The staff members were consistently attentive and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. - **Comfortable Accommodations:** The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. **Cons:** - **Wi-Fi Connectivity:** The Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit spotty at times, which was a minor inconvenience. **Overall, The Surya provided a delightful stay, and I would consider returning in the future. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction stood out, making it a memorable experience.**

James is the best (service = 5 stars for him)! He was the only reason we felt at least a little bit appreciated at this place and always welcomed us with a warming smile. From the point where we decided to also eat at other places than the hotel it felt as if the rest was having a grudge against us. Downgraded our rooms for the second stay and didn't leave toilet paper nor hand towels. The rooms were generally clean but the furniture and blankets are worn down and dirty. In the restaurant the tablecloth was very disgusting and looked like they wash it only once a month.

Room Location near to Airport and Railway station. But No good service and Room is like lodge 2 star hotel. Better choose good hotel. Service is not good No one cares.

Rooms are well maintained but of old infrastructure. It is a nice place to stay... Close to the Airport and they provide transport services to airport

They have the best restaurant in Angamally. Must try if you are with your family. Food has been consistently top notch and plenty of car parking space. The staffs are very welcoming .

good hotel. neat and clean. 1st trip was good , in second trip I realized AC were not colling the room properly. but they provided me complimentary Cab till airport. room service and staff is good. overall nice experience

We often do the beverages here, nice ambience. Open tables are available Evening's are good. Delicious food item's are available. You can experience the 4 star ratings
