THE SURRYA MAX RESIDENCY - Service Apartment in Pollachi - Coimbatore, India

Rooms are neat and clean and all time hot water facility. Room has tv ac and looks like new aptment. It's kind of home there is no restaurant but they will buy and give u food whatever you order. And no coffee available at morning but if you ask for the previous day may be they will arrange.

I've stayed here many times and it has never dissapointed. Nice , specious rooms.. good service...clean and neat room..It's definitely worth the money. Residency staff is always very friendly and attentive. They also upgrade and improve their rooms. Definitely will stay again! Five stars for everything!

I stayed here for 3.5 weeks. There service is nothing short of amazing. I was volunteering at a school which meant I had to wake up early. They would wake up extra early to make me breakfast and even gave me a ride every morning by bike to the bus stand. I felt very safe, and the hotel is in a safe area. At night they would make sure I was doing ok and that I was staying safe when I went out for dinner. They would even order me delivery food if I asked for it; and when I had leftovers or food from home, they would let me use the kitchen to make my food. I felt very much at home here and they were very helpful with laundry. On two of the weekends I was out of town, and I kept the keys with Raam so he could clean my room. I felt safe giving him to keys to my room which had my belongings in it. They are very dedicated to giving good service to anyone who stays there

Had a pleasant stay here. Clean rooms. Parking space for around 4 cars inside the gated premise. They provide drinking water, clean towels, blankets, soap, brush, toothpaste etc. Helpful staff. Would recommend this place.

I would like to share my experience on staying at this place.I have stayed 2 times at this residential place. It was a fabulous experience for me. It is also quite private for us. I came there for my swimming competition. The service was also fabulous.But one thing I found was the free wifi given by them was not so fast. If it is fast it will be a great comeback for this drawback.

Me and my friends stayed here for 2 weeks due to work, he took the full amount in advance saying that it was a continuous stay, we had to pay some money back while we were vacating , suddenly his personality came out, he lied and didn't give back the money, he is really an extortionist. So don't anyone pay him in advance, you will be cheated

The landlord of this place is purely money minded and he always tries to pull out money from you so be cautious. Rooms are neat but it ain't a service apartment. You don't get anything other than tea... that too if you order and pay for it No shops closer. So better think twice before booking. Rooms are given at the least cost of Rs.700/- per person per day which we came to know only after vacating through another room mates. We were been literally taken for task here. So I would say NO to this place.
