We 12 of us recently stayed at the summer house Hotel and had an exceptional experience. I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and aesthetic decor of the lobby. Swimming pool,indoor game facilities are available. Apart from all this they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with any request, they were always eager to help. Overall, I can't recommend the summer house Hotel enough. Last week we are visited the summer House resort and experience was Super duper ..Food was fantastic as well as service.must recommended take a book with breakfast and Dinner because very bad experience of one day lunch of outside.In punchmarhi one of the best food quality of the summer House.Room size was large and supported staff.Really Fabulous experience with the summer House . In future I will definitely booked the summer House for eating special food in Madhya Pradesh.Thank you so much all of you Summer House family.
The hotel and the services were really good!! My family and I had a wonderful time here. I visited here a few days ago!! Although I found one thing a little disappointing, that is one of the people, the staff felt bad because we asked for the discount of 1k. Since, we checked in around 11:30 in the night we asked him to consider that and he did but we felt that he wasn't happy by the look on his face, which I feel a bit awkward!! Anyways it was a wonderful stay I hope to visit soon!!
I went to summer house with my friends for lunch and ordered pizza and pasta... we were four people and when the pasta came the waiter served only two plates instead of four and by the time the remaining two plates came the pasta very cold. Also the pizza which came after 45 minutes was cold and not cooked properly plus there was no staff person present in the restaurant when all this happened.. every time we needed anything we had to go to the reception many times ... so all in all the service and the food taste was pathetic... not recommended for the stay or dining.
We stayed a night. We had booked a suite.... one of their best rooms. What's good first.. 1. Staff is very polite and courteous 2. The location is very central. 3. The food is extremely delicious ( vegetarian)
*****Worst experience*****. Warning : Do not visit you will spoil your vacation . The property is really good but it is not in good hands . To be very honest its seems management of this hotel is not concerned about its image and not bothered providing even 1% comfort to its guest. - Electric kettle provided was dirty - Room handle was broken was not able to lock my room - Fridge was not working when asked they told all 30 rooms fridge is not working and we know but we cant do anything - Bath kit provided item exceeded the expiry date due to which lotion was smelly Restaurants staff and so called Manager of the "The five" restaurant inside the property , are very rude they didnt even talk to guest properly they provided very pathetic experience to us and spoiled our trip , I complained to higher management too but only answer which they had was just 'Sorry' . They didnt even had normal biscuits of any type when We ordered they told us they dont have and you can go out and purchase from the shop .. They provide buffet and if you will ask for a small customisation they will directly say it will charged in ala carte , Atleast every hotel which provide buffet have an option of multiple breads/roti The housekeeping staff is very casual for every problem reported the answer was yes we know its a problem but we cant do anything ... *****Genuine suggestion to the owner to change the staff , managers and provide facility to your guest...****** also the Irony is they do not have any process to take a online/ offline feedback or if they had it was not asked to us as they know they have provided a pathetic experience to us..
