I've been attending this gym for a month now, and my experience has been great! This is great gym with all the latest equipment. The condition of the machines is excellent, and you'll definitely enjoy your workouts here. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been taking training with Mr.shawn, and he's been amazing. He has a great training experience and style that's both challenging and enjoyable. He's also knowledgeable about fitness, and he's always willing to help me reach my goals. I highly recommend the gym and PT with him.

Looks like The trainers hate the gym.. Their body language is very negative ..they are always on their phone in the reception or even when they are at workout area...don't even bother to chcek how the clients are working out..and this gets bad especially around aftenoon between 11-3 .. I have seen people working out in incorrect posture and nobody corrects them..I too have got hurt doing work out incorrectly...also on that Gym mats are dirty..it's sweaty and nobody cleans it like they used to during Covid.Feel sorry for the owner. my suggestion is to just hire a good receptionist, this gym doesn't need trainers as people like me have given up as we are looking into the Cult app and working out..except for that one trainer who usually cover at 3PM fair chap with long hair..nobody has every made an attempt to chcek on people ..
